Tis up to yourself. I've a fair few forwards so it means not everyone may get to start games. If you fancy fleshing out more of hte squad, you stand a better chance of being a starter. Up to you in the end.

When you create a player in Editor, you can see how much "CA" will be necessary for him to give to the players. If the given and "true" CA does not match, when you load the game attributes will be lowered. And since CA cant be higher than PA, it would act the same way.
