did you extract it to the correct place?
The saved game isn't actually that helpful if you're going to play on your own because the big clubs won't sign many players. Do you have FMRTE?
 
Hi, how can I edit this using the data editor? I have put it in 4 different db/data folders but it hasn't come up in the editor once?

tried that, it still only comes up with the 10.2 update and the original db. Lemme try again.

EDIT: Think I have worked out how to do it,
 
Will it work for the 10.3 patch?

It might need a bit of tweaking but seeing as its not as popular on this site I won't waste my time..
