Hey this is the latest installment into my Gaffer career where i start off unemployed and have a sunday league footballer reputation my aim is to win everything i possibly can. Which will take time so its going to be a long career series possibly up to the release of FM16 if things go smoothly, But anyway this is episode 32 so im a bit late in sharing this on forums but i would very much appriecate your feedback on all my videos i will hopefully put a link to the playlist where you can find every single one from the very begining

So after all the drama of the last episode. I possibly have to go through it all again in the semi finals against Halifax of the Vanamara Conference over 2 legs can we repeat what we did in the last episode?

SEASON 4 BEGINS

So its the opening day of the season. Pre season was good compared to previous years saying that we have a fresh batch of players to help us with our objectives for the season given to me by our board.

Like i said before this is the opening day of the season so can we start our new campaign with 3 points

URGENT HELP NEEDED

HEY GUYS NEED SOME SERIOUS HELP HERE.

IN MY YOUTUBE SERIES 'THE GAFFER' AS YOU MAY ALREADY KNOW IM CURRENTLY THE MANAGER OF HEDNESFORD TOWN. BEEN WITH THEM FOR 4 SEASONS NOW, AND WON PROMOTION FROM THE CONFERENCE NORTH TO THE CONFERENCE LAST SEASON.

SO AS A TEAM WE HAVE GROWN AND AT THE HALF WAY STAGE WE ARE CURRENTLY SITTING IN THE PLAYOFFS WHICH IS FANTASTIC SINCE I THOUGHT WE WOULD BE FIGHTING RELEGATION.

BUT HERES MY DILEMMA IVE BEEN OFFERED 2 JOBS FROM BIGGER TEAMS IN LEAGUE 2, THE FIRST TEAM IS COLCHESTER WHO ARE SAT MID TABLE AND THE SECOND ARE NEWPORT COUNTY WHO SIT 23RD.

I STARTED OUT AS A SUNDAY FOOTBALLER WHO NO COACHING BADGES AND NO PAST EXPERIENCE SO HEDNESFORD WAS MY FIRST TEAM THAT IVE TAKEN CONTROL OFF IN THIS SERIES, BUT THE MAIN THING FROM THIS SERIES WAS TO BECOME THE BEST MANAGER IN THE WORLD.

WITH THAT BEING SAID DO I?
A. STAY WITH HEDNESFORD AND MAYBE GET BACK TO BACK PROMOTIONS AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS AT THE END OF THE SEASON
B. TAKE THE JOB OFFER FROM COLCHESTER AND PUSH FOR THE PLAYOFFS AND WELL WHO KNOWS WHAT MIGHT HAPPEN
OR
C. TAKE THE NEWPORT COUNTY JOB AND SAVE THEM FROM RELEGATION AND WELL WHO KNOWS WHAT MIGHT HAPPEN

Welcome to Episode 40 of The Gaffer hope your all well? In this episode there is going to be a slight change in how i do things with this series. From now on im going to do an update every 2 months of what has happened during that time with 1 live game at the end. The only reason is because i can hopefully do more seasons cos this series has been running for a while and were only in our 4th season. Hope you enjoy the new outlook.

Welcome to Episode 41 of The Gaffer hope your all well? In this episode im in major trouble not with the board or players or even league postion but with job offers. Basically ive been offered 2 jobs by bigger teams compared to Hednesford no offence. But do i stay with Hednesford for the rest of the season and see what happens then, then make a decision regarding my future with the club? or do i take 1 of the jobs offered to me by the other clubs?
The clubs inquestion are -
Colchester who are sitting midtable in league 2 with expections of reaching the playoffs
or
Newport County who are 23rd fighting relegation in league 2 with expections of surviving relegation.

So basically guys HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At this stage of the season the games are coming quick and fast and today we have top of the table Accrington Stanley who are 3 points clear of the Vanarama Conference with only a handful of games left 3 points is needed for us to make a massive push for a surprise automatic promotion (champions as well). So with the FA Trophy already looking good in our cabinet can we make space for the league title as well?

Welcome to Episode 46 of The Gaffer hope your all well? Its that time of year again, the final day of the season. So where do we sit? Have we managed to keep our form going and have one foot through the door for automatic promotion or have we blown our chance of playing in the football league next season? We need Accrington Stanley to drop points along the way to make our dream come through. Ive ordered the open top bus for our tour around the town of Hednesford showing off our trophys if we get what we need in this game. I just hope we get the points we need so i dont have to ask for a refund.

Welcome to Episode 47 of The Gaffer hope your all well? Its the opening day of the season, and its Hednesford Town first ever game in the Football League so a massive game all round. With a very interesting pre season behind me with a huge surprise coming for me and the club near today. The question will we be pushing for a promotion spot or will we be fighting from relegation come the end of our season? Never the less this could be the most stressful/exciting season to date.

Welcome to Episode 48 of The Gaffer. Its the last fixture in September so why not make it a live commentary. Ive always believed that if you have a good Aug/Sept that it sets you up for the rest of the season and with a few games and transfers (SPOILER ALERT) none by me ****** transfer embargo, in these months you could be in with a chance of fighting for promotion? or in the worse case fighting against relegation come May.
