Welcome to Episode 49 of The Gaffer. Today is a sad day as its the end of era and my time at Hednesford Town ive decided to leave after 4 and a half years to move onto a another challenge but dont worry the series is going on just not as the manager of Hednesford Town. It wasnt an easy thing to do because we have had some really good years, but for me to progress as a manager i needed a new challenge with my new club.

Welcome to Episode 50 of The Gaffer. Its been a week since i lefted Hednesford Town and joined Yeovil Town and what a hectic week it has been. As soon as i joined i realised there was no backroom staff so i had to appoint a whole new backroom staff and i also had a few days left where i could possibly bring in some players via. loan deals or free transfer before the deadline day and before my first game in charge against Blackpool.

EP 51 is up and running guys so its been a month since i took over as Yeovil Town manager and what a hectic month its been. From day 1 ive been busy busy busy with finding a whole new backroom staff since the manager before me took them with him to his new club. With games coming quick and fast over the christmas period there was alot of new injuries and concerns about the results and where we was standing in the league. Also i did an extensive scouting mission to find new players with January transfer window just around the corner and the current squad lacking quality in depth.

In episode 52 of The Gaffer and its that time again January transfer window is open, and with Yeovil Town squad lacking depth in quality and players to be fair i had to invest some serious money just to be competitive in the league. As always i will go through the results of the games in January and play the last game of the month and give you a quick update on where we are sitting in the table.

In episode 53 of The Gaffer the transfer window now well and truly behind us can my signings make any impact in February to push us away from relegation and maybe towards promotion? But with the squad getting hit with a bunch of injuries and refs making stupid decisions and the most bizarre goal i have ever conceded happen in one month things dont look good for Yeovil Town at the moment.

In episode 54 of The Gaffer the end of the season is in sight but can we push ourselves to catch up the teams in the playoffs or will we be fighting relegation? With the league this tight at this stage of the season anything is possible?

Episode 56 of The Gaffer and welcome to the new season with Yeovil Town, Ive been very busy in the summer transfer market bringing in a few new faces to boost the previous squad from last season. What are we aiming for this season? Of course its got to be promotion but can the new players bond and gel as a team from the word go, to put us in that situation where we are challenging for promotion at the end of the season only time will tell.

So after achieving promotion as champions from league 1 i take my new and improved Yeovil team into the Championship, what will this season hold? will we be fighting relegation? or battling for back to back promotions? or simply just sitting in mid table?

Its the end of August which means the end of the summer transfer window with an extra addition added since the last episode have i buildt a team strong enough to challenge the league or have i wasted a lot of money on alot of flops? and we struggle all season. Today we welcome high flying Millwall to Huish park, they came up last season with us via the playoffs. Have they improved their squad or have i weaken mine? Only time will tell.
