loving this story, and the beckham chasing. i am frankly amazed you managed to sign counago and on that wage too, i got him for crewe in league two at the start of my game and he demanded over 2k in wages! he scored over a goal a game and was a huge hit but near the end of the season, he got a horrific injury and promptly retired. i was gutted. my point is that you pulled off a colossal signing and shouldn't be too upset about becks. i strongly reccommend jamil adam if he is still cheap in your game. i signed him at the start of my game and he is banging them in in the premier league, came second in the european golden boot last season.
