I prefer Neuer to Adler..... but also recommend checking out Jefferson from Botafogo, he is immense.
 
you may be suprised but smithies has made 22 apps for me in two seasons (second choice behind Reina) and he has 16 clean sheets.

I have been playing him a lot, along with Shelvy and a few other young brits to see how the develop if played a lot at a high level.
 
when ever i buy rene adler , manuel neuer or pepe reina theylet in goals for fun
 
You guys might not beleive me but Mignolet is a star!

kept 40 clean sheets in a row in all comps with Porto!

Hes quite cheap aswell!
 
Fm11 - Tobias Sippel - Kaiserslauten (kept 23 clean sheets in my 3rd season Bundesliga winning Freiburg team)

Fm10 - Guilhermo Ochoa - America Mex (he is nicknamed Superman for a reason)

Fm09 - Oscar Ustari - Getafe (cheap and a very reliable keeper)

then other good keepers I have experienced:

Andrea Consigli - Atalanta (Fm10, was pure class and Italy number 1)
Michael Rensing - Free (Fm11, helped me to number 6 and 5 in my 1st two seasons at Freiburg)
Renan - Avai (19 yr old new Gomes Fm11)

From personal experiences I would say Alder, but I've also had great success which Moneeb Joseph(On my totenham save) & with this regen on my current Chelsea Save(averages more shutouts than goal conceded & rarely misplaces his long pass).
 
Adler is the only truly great goalkeeper Ive had, others like Akinfeev and Neuer have never done it for me and have always struggled

With the 11.3 update he should be at Köln. ;) Anyway the best goalkeeper for me is Manuel Neuer.
 
yeah, well clearly he did not help me in my 1st season two seasons at Freiburg in 1 night :)
