Grime is pretty much dead now, all the big people moved to dance like Wiley etc.

Devlin, Ghetts and P Money are probably the only big names left.

Cant believe no ones said Bashy, some of his lyrics are next level. Wretch, Ghetts, Wiley, Scorcher, Donaeo are sick as well. Not really into giggs some of his songs are decent at best but the dude sounds retarded <)

Only recently started listening to K Koke, he's very good.

Real Grime = 2002 -2007, after that it just became commercialised.

Why are people saying Grime is commercialised?

Grime artists go commercial when they get big to make money.
When they go commercial they are no longer Grime artists.

There's still Grime artists about.
 
Biggest star on the grim scene who is also upcoming, is Don Strapzy hands down!!
 
Not so much into grime anymore, prefer MC's in the mainstream. Tinchy, scorcher, wiley, chipmunk, sway, dizzee etc.. all pretty much doing mainstream songs now. The odd mixtape is still good though.
