depending on who you are i would suggest players like miles addison and javan vidal or if you're a bigger club then players like johnny evans, nicolas ottamendi, rafael pereirra da silva or david santon.

but next time please search or post in the looking for a player section as you are more likely to get a fast response there.
 
im genoa in second season after being fired from liverpool in first after finishing 2nd with liverpool they fired me so i went to genoa were they had just won serie a and sacked there manager aswell part way through second season, at start of my job with genoa i was awesome winning alot and now i need help with some tactics and great serie a players? pleasse help!
 
2 quick question about youth development and player homesickness.

I know playing young players accelerated their development but does level of competition play a massive part? Does playing them in fixtures against weaker competition help? I'm in the champions cup and usually play them against teams from Belgium, Romania, Austria etc etc basically weaker leagues. And I play them against championship and and L1 & l2 teams in cups. As well as throwing them on in the last 15 mins when I'm up big. They usually get like 20-30 or so appearances a year but I wonder if I should be doing more.

I also have found a Cuban centreback who from my scouts tell me has the potential to be way better than my best centreback. Except I've had to allow leave twice because he's complaining of homesickness. Now in an interview they've asked me if I'm concerned if he won't comeback. Can this happen? Can he not come back? I've shelled out like 10mil for him from Boca Juniors.
 
Hi, big problem, have not saved fora few hours and when i click retry, it says the same thing. On 'my computer' it does not read the disk, what do I do, please help!

I have Dzeko, Aguero and Gourcuff


they are playing really badly i have tryed different roles but they dont seem to be scoring
how can i get them to score
 
In la liga when do you get given your new season transfer budget

On my Liverpool save I have Aguero playing as Advanced Forward - Attack. Scores a fair few, but more importantly averages 7.8 a game.
Dzeko can play a few positions, id play him as a Target Man because of his height. A few people have said he plays best as a target man also.
Gourcuff im not sure about, but I would say he would be best as Advanced Playmaker. Hope this helps bud.
 
Hi, just wondering, I like to play Adebayor and Dzeko upfront together sometimes, but their best roles are as Target Man.
Would I be able to play both of them together as both Target Men, or would that have any negatives?

I need some help please, when im playing my game it runs fine but every so often when i click on a player or staff it freezes and i have to wait like 15 mins just for their rating to show up does anyone know whats wrong.
 
Guys , i have a big problem here. I have chosen a team named Olympiakos to be it's manager. Olympiakos has automatically procceded to the Champions Cup. It is asking me though to have 4 players who are trained by the club and i don't. I only have 4. When i am looking for a young one , it's name is in grey letters and i cannot transfer him to the senior squad.

just holiday for a day and your problems will be sorted out
 
With older versions of FM I remember being sacked at my club, while also coaching a national side, then no other club would hire me (because they probably thought I needed my energy for the national squad). Can anyone tell me how this is for FM 10? I'm considering a move but I'm not sure what will happen...

You played 3 matches, they all scored?
 
I have cleverly managed to overwrite some files while replacing the kits. Both the outfield and goalkeeper files have been overwriten from the directory :/footballmanager2010/data/graphics/kits Could anybody offer their outfield and goalkeeper kit files or post a link to where they could be downloaded, cheers.

Try them both for 5 games each mate.

Then you'll be able to see who scores the goals and who doesn't. :)
 
I need help :P
I play with the dutch version so i don't know the wright names.
But you can subscribe to a player and then he turns up in that list with all the subsciptions.
all of a sudden there are like 6500 players on that list. And now i get every transfer update of those players.
Is there any way to remove them all ?

You have to go on Manage Subscriptions and manually remove the players (i don't think their is an select all option)
