its perfectly normal. it is also unlikely that you'll be sacked so dont worry too much

Hi im new to this forum.

I have just downloaded and installed the newest patch and clicked steam to start the game without the disk, it has normally let me play without the disk, does anyone know why this has suddenly changed.

Steam automatically updates the game so you'll have to remove the update you downloaded

How do I arrange a team-meeting or a meeting with a player?

Right click on the player then go to Interaction > Interact with Player. If the team are underachieving the option of a team meeting will appear there too

I seen the other thread about this so I have uninstalled local content and installing again, will this solve my problem and remove the update i have just put in, I put the 10.3.0 + january transfer in.

sounds like ou have deleted a team with the data editor

I haven't used the editor, I am best downloading an editor and putting a team in the league.

have just downloaded the npower league badges and all is well but the championship badges wont change. its worth mentioning i have silkysideways badges if that makes a difference, what can i do?

I have cleverly managed to overwrite some files while replacing the kits. Both the outfield and goalkeeper files have been overwriten from the directory :/footballmanager2010/data/graphics/kits Could anybody offer their outfield and goalkeeper kit files or post a link to where they could be downloaded, cheers.

Help, I am experiencing this same problem.
I just downloaded FM 2010 on my laptop and after turning it on for the first time have this same problem. I added some logos earlier but I deleted them now and I still get this screen.
