What does the roaming option when sending a scout to a region indicate?
Should I scout a region or a nation?
They don't end, they often keep sending you updates about the players they recommend of the newly scouted ones.
I usually set 2 scouts to scout Central Europe on roaming and I have report cards for alot of the good players.
help I wanna manage two teams @ oncee but itz not working in my FM2010.........I wanna manage a club and country together.....plssssss help
1. What do the stars in the scout/assistant reports indicate? The top players in my Bradford team had 4-4.5 stars, while the Portsmouth team has only 3 stars for even the most talented players, even the one. Surely the Portsmouth team is not worse than the Bradford one. Relativity?
2. How do I get rid of a player (John Utaka, I think) with $100k wages when he doesn't want to leave? If I release him on a free, I have to pay around $6M! If I offer him to clubs, he still wants me to pay $90000 p/w for one year! Do I look stupid to him?![]()
1. The stars relate to how good a player is towards your team. 3 star players are 'Good' players so in my Watford team (championship) I have alot of 3 stars since they aren't quality or failures. I don't know why Portsmouth have 3 star players, it could be they're too old so your Assisstant lowers the rating or you could have loaned excellent players.
2. That's the beauty of arrogant players. You can't get rid of them, either get him to play very well to interest clubs or let his contract run out. They're the best way to go about it even though they are long in the process. Otherwise there isn't a way. if his contract is short but wages very high, you could get him out of your club on a loan where the other club pays all or most of his wages.
Please,
Does Influence and Positioning increase only with tutoring??
and does the tutor have to have high stats in these areas??
This is off a thread and i think it could help you mate
Mental approach: A good way if you want to influence the character of the youngster. Even tutors without any PPMs, but high determination and professional character are very well suited. If you have highly-talented youngsters with low determination or ambition, you can assign them to several tutors in a row to completely change their personality.

how do i watch a replay of a match that i have already played
My players are a bunch of whiny, spoiled prima-donnas. If I tell them once, just ONCE, after beating a league 2 side 1-0 in extra time in an FA Cup game, that their performance just wasn't good enough, they cause a shitstorm and claim unfair treatment. Once I didn't give a team talk at all after beating 20th placed Stoke 3-1 at home, and my young hot prospect of a striker Derek Tierney claimed unfair treatment and said he was brought to the club under false pretences. Where the **** is he getting that from me not giving a post match team talk!? I have to say "Well Done" for every match or they ***** about it. How can I stop this ****? They're becoming unbelievably complacent to. I always find myself struggling to beat small teams. That makes every game hard, since the big teams are hard enough to play as it is. How can I remedy complacency?
