He has made 3 HUGE saves since. Can still see him making a mistake to lose it for us though
 
Someone must had made some kind of spell to mignolet in the first half.
 
Yaya raising Lallana in the air with one hand. Now I've seen everything.
 
Cabellero was coming of his line all the time, no excuse for **** pen taking by Liverpool though.
 
Such a shame these 2 teams will play again on Wednesday. Should have played against other teams so both teams would have had a decent chance of losing the game.

On the game, enjoyed it. Good open game with both teams going for win. Players were exhausted and Yaya could barely walk. Cruel way to lose the finals btw, playing 120 mins and then losing on penalties is just cruel for any team.

Pens must truly suck for goalkeepers when they're shot as good as City did. All the years of training and hard work, and you might as well walk from the goal because you can't do ****.

Loved Ballack's penalties. Used to smash them to the corners.

To be fair to mignolet he did dive well in all of them.
 
I find it odd that Milner didn't take a penalty earlier. Would have put him above Lucas and Lallana

That's kind of my point. Even if he guesses right he can't do ****. Reminded me a lot of Netherlands vs Costa Rica at the World Cup. Navas played the game of his life and pulled of like 20 saves, but during pens he might as well have walked off, cause they were impossible to defend.

They really ought to change pens to another formula where goalkeeper isn't a helpless bystander unless a shooter makes a mistake.
