A blown tyre at any speed will affect cotrol so possibly not.

I’ve had a blow out at about 50 and you would be surprised how easy it is to control and and stop. Not saying it was reckless driving but overtaking in a Lamborghini I doubt it was at a low speed. Still sad all the same!
Just won the league, just won the Nations League, just got married to his lovely wife, 3 beautiful children, probably at his peak happiness professionally & privately.
Life is feckin horrible sometimes, my thoughts go out to the family, can't imagine what they are going through.
I did say possibly we all know some cars are easier to control than others plus more factors will come into play than just the tyre, like speed, road conditions, driver experience and car model being just some. Either way it is an unfortunate accident which has robbed a family of two young men.
