Sorry, but that made me laugh a bit.

Ronaldo and Messi obvious top two but Suarez is a solid shout for next in line.
Zlatan is brilliant but lazy and his ego can be an issue, take Sweden for example they often play better without him in the team.

Despite Suarez destroying another team.. I have to say, Henderson. Wow. Incredible performance. (:

How likely do people think it is that Suarez will leave in Jan (Be honest)? And let's say you get ?60m, who would you want to buy with that? (Realistically)

Don't think you can replace Suarez for ?60m. Unless Diego Costa changes his mind. :P

Sorry, but that made me laugh a bit.

Don't think it's unrealistic to call him the third best player in the world. He's certainly in the top five. Got to admit, though, without playing in Europe, Ibra has the upper hand.

Despite Liverpool currently competing up the top with Chelsea right now I just can't help but sit back and enjoy each of Suarez' performances. Between him and Aguero for currently the best player in the premier league and he edges it for me what a talent! How I would love him leading Chelsea's attack.

Looking forward to January, strong links to the likes of Fernando, M'Vila, Pastore and Salah

If we can get a another DM in (M'Vila), an attacker (Salah) and a LB i think we can really push on second half of the season especially with Sturridge, Enrique and Gerrard returning

Despite not wanting players to be injured, thank goodness Aguero is out for a month! Out odds off getting a result at the Etihad have good up slightly

For me they played better after Aquero was injured against us. Eventhough he is quality player Silva behind Negredo will be tough test for you.

I wouldn't say Ag?ero contributes as much as Su?rez does to the team, perhaps because he's playing in a better team so he doesn't need to. I'd say that the best players in the league at the moment are Su?rez and Rooney because they contribute more to the overall play than Ag?ero, who in opinion is very one-dimensional.

Lot of rumours flying around that we are prepared to make Luis Suarez the highest paid Liverpool player in the history of the club. A situation similar to that of Rooney in terms of offering him more money to make him stay.. we just have to compete now

Also Xabi Alonso apparently offered a 2 year contract for the end of the season

Take each, especially the Xabi story, with a pinch of salt but would be fantastic news if both were true

I can't see Xabi Alonso doing you much good with your current formation tbh. Might as well have Gerrard. If you do get a CM, surely you want someone technical, good physicality and able to run all game every game in order to help protect the defence. Suarez, Coutinho and Sturridge will always be good for a goal or two, got to shut down the opposition instead.

?200,000 a week for Suarez, presume it'll include some form of release clause if we fail to make CL.
Rossiter and Smith getting promoted to senior squad too apparently.

Explain? He's often used in a one dimensional way by City but I don't see how you can possibly call him one sided as a general player.

Obviously, this is only my opinion, but speaking in FM terms, he's only really a Poacher; whereas the likes of Su?rez and Rooney score goals, but can also contribute in deeper roles to the build-up play.

Wait what. Where on Earth did you get this opinion from? Aguero's well known internationally as a good all-round striker with good vision and creative instincts. Just because City primarily USE him in a relatively limited role with Negredo playing the support role doesn't mean he's incapable of doing so. At Atletico he and Forlan swapped roles constantly, and Forlan is most definitely a creative striker. I mean ****, Aguero's second in City's assists rankings despite generally being the one on the end of balls as opposed to the one playing them. Thing is, Rooney and Suarez generally have to drop deeper and help create play as the team around them isn't as good. Aguero, on the other hand, is surrounded by the likes of Negredo, Samir Nasri, Yaya Toure, David Silva et al.

Cant really say i agree with this... I personally think all the mentioned players can fulfil most roles in an attacking area and up to a fantastic standard

Early season form, Aguero and Suarez are right up there as some of the worlds best performers so far

Latest rumour of Fernando Reges from Porto.. solid defensive midfielder who's contract runs out in the summer

Would be a very good signing if true, a position we seem to lack in

As you've said, he's employed in that role for City, that's what I mean; not that he's incapable of playing a more creative role.

That makes more sense, though in my opinion it'd still be slightly wrong. Darren Bent is a poacher playing a poacher role, whereas Aguero is an all-rounder merely playing a role that comes closest to a poacher in City's current system, since everyone in the team is so good there's few specialists.

Would be great signing I think. Wouldn't have minded him last summer at Arsenal. Heard Juve are favourites for him.
