Lack of squad depth has rely hurt you and that is in spite of not being in any European competition this season

Two Suarez penalties, two Chelsea red cards..... We may have not played as well as we did against City but losing in that manner is gut wrenching

Best part is, Webb is our 'elite' referee

Wonder how you spun the two penalties and two red cards ... Would be interesting to hear

Well Terry on Suarez although was debatable, should have been a penalty... Eto'o on Suarez should have been a penalty

Eto'o on Henderson should have been a red, knee height, studs, ball gone... Oscar lunging two footed, scissor kick on Lucas should also have been a red

Some may say Liverpool bias and it's open to discussion but i honestly feel all were pretty straight-forward decisions

You could even argue Eto'o should have got one yellows, one for the Hendo tackle, one for Suarez tackle.

I looked away just as Oscar made the challenge, but it looked as though it was a two footed tackle, but I missed the contact.

You could also argue Hazard could have got a penalty, but it was a hard one. Lucas got ball with the initial challenge, but made contact with Hazard with the second touch.

Terry on Eto debatable. Eto on Suarez we got lucky but even then, Suarez made a meal of it so he was hardly helping himself. Lucas should have seen red for his reaction in that case as well ...

I freely admit that the balance of decisions was slightly in our favour but **** remember last season, a player who should have been in jail for most of the second half scores a equalizer in the 7th minute of added time when their was only 6? Sometimes decisions favour you, sometimes they don't. Liverpool were pretty dire in any case

Eto could have gotten red twice. Oscar's tackle was clear red too - propably wouldn't change much this late in the game, but it shows you the general quality of refering. Woeful. **** like this makes me wanna stop watching games.

Oscar's tackle was a red, but then Lucas' reaction was too...

Pretty dire?

we were poorer than usual but the 2nd half we dominated most of it... Chelsea took advantage of poor refereeing and a few lucky deflections which lead to the goals

chelsea played very well first half but to say Liverpool were dire is wrong. If decisions had gone correctly it would have been a different result

You had a fair amount of the ball but you didn't do anything with it. At no point did it ever feel like you were in control of the game: the first half was fairly open but we were superior. In the second half, we were content to let you stroke it around the park and create very little; as long as we kept cutting off Suarez's supply you looked relatively toothless. You desperately missed Sturridge's pace and directness today.

I wouldn't say that you were poor but, outside of the first 20 minutes or so, you looked like a shadow of the way that you've been playing the rest of the season. Objectively, you were quite good, but knowing that you were capable of much better made you seem mediocre.

and the 2nd half chelsea just hacked the legs off half liverpools players! ref was in abromavitch's pocket!

1 penalty on Suarez, Eto'o's early challenge also could have been a yellow. Hazard also should have been awarded a penalty. End of the day we out played Liverpool for the majority of the game.

Doesn't half chat **** Mourinho.

No not at all and the fact you bring this us shows how uneducated some people still are about Jose. Jose knows it was a penalty, he knows we know it was a penalty, he knows we know he knows it was a penalty. #bite

Yet the player who suffered the most fouls was Hazard.........

Fouls comited, 17 for each side.

Two. John Terry practically jumped on his back... Eto'o challenge was horrible and reckless, studs first around knee height, red card. Oscar's was even worse

Yes Hazard should have had a penalty.

Majority of the game? First half yes, second half was Liverpool with the majority of possession looking more threatening so thats wrong.

Terry jumped Suarez didn't and backed into Terry simple as that. More possession and more shots by Chelsea tells some of the story too. Only for about a 10 minute spell in the game was i nervous and felt you guys were on top.
