I think that we will need a center back too. I am sorry to say that I wasn't too impressed with agger this season, not to talk about toure.

Highly doubt we will be keeping our 3rd highest paid player on as a sub goalkeeper.

Reina is as good as gone, that was the case as soon as he was loaned out...

Mignolet is fine as out first choice goalkeeper. Very solid in nearly every department apart from commanding his area. Once he improves his confidence coming out for crosses and corners he will be fine

Hardly soild. He just had two major cockups in a row and quite a few more throughout the season. It just doesn't usually cost you points because your attack is scoring like its their last day on earth.

Mignolet may have been good enough for 7th team of the league but for (possibly) champions, he seems kind of balls. Unless he ups his game.

This is his first season, give Mig more of a chance. Took Reina two or three seasons to get to being world class. Mig's better now than Reina was when he joined.

Think that might be down to nerves tbh, going from a team bottom of the table to chasing a league title. Our defending is just shocking at times as well, we're all over the place, can't really blame Mignolet for that. Fair enough he's made a few mistakes but what keeper hasn't. He's also made a few world class saves throughout the season that's kept us the three points and without them we wouldn't be top of the league right now.

He's been very good this season despite having an ever changing and often dodgy back four. Reina in his most recent years at Liverpool made an array of howlers yet we've seen very few goalkeeping mistakes from Mignolet this year.

Reina has also done well but not so well we should considering bringing him back, especially when you take into account that his wage is double Mignolet's. We could do with a new back-up keeper though. If we can get ?10m for Reina I'd be very happy.

I've seen this a few times now. He's been brilliant. The odd **** up but not a bad transitional season for a keeper who's just come from Sunderland (20th) to Liverpool (1st).

His penalty-save against Stoke in the season opener was a sign of our fortunes this season.

Walk on.

Just want to say, he won't get many mentions, but doctor Steve Peters deserves enormous credit for what he's done with our players psychologically.

Borini's a good player, and I think the most important things to consider are his versatility and age. He's the right age for Rodgers and Liverpool, young enough to mould into something good, and he can play anywhere across the front. He's not going to be starting for Liverpool any time soon but given next season you'll be in Europe, he'll be a great squad player to have back.
And Rodgers also likes him, because he had him on loan at Swansea.

He's quick, and coming in off the left wing he'll be useful. Guy can finish if he gets the proper service, good little inside forward.

If we keep him, we'll have Suarez, Sturridge, Coutinho, and Sterling, then just get another winger in, hopefully someone very good, like Griezmann and we're golden.

Then we just need another full back or two, and a good centre mid who can score.

Hakan Calhanoglu, I'm looking at you.

I only ask because I think saw Arsenal were interested in him, and have seen him being labelled as the "next Ozil", but is he any good? Never seen him play.

I said solid in most departments, large majority of his mistakes are from failing to command his area from crosses and set pieces but that will improve

His shot stopping has saved us on many occasions also, but people tend to remember the 3 or 4 mistakes he has made which has cost us

Yeah, I agree, he has great reflexes which have saved us many a time, but he is somewhat prone to mistakes (at least this season), many of which have unfortunately resulted in a goal. I say keep him on as our first keeper and sign a decent, experienced backup (like Chelsea have done with Schwarzer) - maybe Marshall if Cardiff go down?

Pains me to say it, but you are having a wonderful season, enjoy it whatever the outcome. And revel in this Moyes mess while you can, what a disaster!

Still the shadow of Suarez's dirty habits continues to loom, that faked injury merging into sprinting at full tilt within the blink of an eye at the weekend was laughable. But his general behaviour seems to have improved, i even saw an interview in English recently and he seemed a very down to Earth chap.

Also, as i haven't been here regularly for a while, I wanted to say that i am pleased for those affected that the right thing seems to be happening at last with regard to Hillsborough. JFT96 and all those whose lives were altered forever with the loss of loves ones.

Does anybody actually believe Mourinho will play a weakened side when he comes to Anfield?

Schwarzer
Ivanovic - Cahill - Luiz - Azpili
Matic - Lamps/Mikel
Schurrle - Oscar - Salah
Ba

Expecting something similar to this?

If he does then I'm sorry it's totally just handing you the title on a plate pretty much.... I don't think anyone at Chelsea higher up will want him to do it and I really would be disappointed if he did. Not because I'm a United fan or anything but because any team who is still in with a chance of winning the title shouldn't give up against the team who is top and give them an unfair advantage.
