In my eyes off the field incidents should not matter, they are footballers so we should judge them on their football why should i care if they sleep around how does it effect me in any way? I never slated Giggs for what he done, Rooney for what he done and Terry for what he done. And all of Suarez's incidents happen on the pitch that's why he deserves the bad press he gets.
And if you're going to argue that it doesn't affect you in any way, then surely your team winning is the same thing? If Chelsea win the title, it doesn't directly affect you, just as if Terry shagged Wayne Bridge's girlfriend. The fact is, much of professional football doesn't directly affect the fans, yet they still feel like it does - so the same logic should be applied to their off-the-field antics.
