I would love Liverpool to put in a bid for Petr Cech. Chelsea 'may' sell to us since we have dropped off and he would be almost the perfect buy for that GK role

My bet is on Real or PSG, in this order.
I wish Cech all the best when he decides to depart from Chelsea, but seeing him in a Liverpool shirt just wouldn't feel right.
Given the fact that he is a keeper, any team could still squeeze out a few more years out of him at top level.

Not sure if its true but i read somewhere that we are going to pay the recall fee on the Origi loan now that studge is injured again

Yes, i agree it would be an outside shot with other big teams likely to be interested

A lot of people now reporting it is up to Lille

No clause to recall him but Liverpool willing to pay extra to get him in January - between 3-5mil depending on what you read

Idk we don't really need the money and Cech isn't kicking up much of a fuss either. Hard to see him move to a rival club considering their should be substantial interest from abroad

I think behind closed doors, Cech is unhappy. He just doesnt seem like the type to publicly broadcast it. However, I agree it would be a longshot although Mata was sold to United so stranger things have happened

If you want to pay us £38m for Cech, I guess you can have him.

Like I said before I don't hold balotelli the only one responsible for not fitting with our style of play, but I wouldn't mind going against palace on Sunday like this:

Obviously the money was a big factor but I dont think its completely impossible
Hi mate. Genuine question about Sturridge. Just heard Rodgers on SSN saying he is world class talent, bit far imo very good but will never be on that level for me. Just wanted your or any Pools fans thoughts on this?

Well of course he is unhappy since he is a great player and is sitting on the bench. Chelsea just aren't in any pressure to sell him unless you offer a big sum like United did for Mata that we wouldn't be able to reject

If you're expecting to get a big sum for 32 year old goalkeeper who has to play with life-treatening injury and has 1.5 a year on his contract, you're in for quite a disappointment. I seriously doubt it would go to double digits.

For All Liverpool Fans: I have been playing football manager for more than 10 years. I am an avid football fan and consider myself to have good tactical knowledge. For all those fans out there who claim they won the league in 1st season and got to champions league semi finals, stop cheating in the game. the best you can do with the Liverpool squad in first season is probably a top 4 finish and a good domestic cup run. The game is pretty realistic and you have at least 4 better teams with better managers and better funds. Maybe afer two or three seasons with good signings you can probably start winning cups but not before then. Am I wrong??

Yes, you're wrong... it can be done, it is just a challenge

Not at the moment as he needs to prove it a little more but his stats at Liverpool say he is one of the best strikers we've ever had in terms of goals to games

I think he can be, but injuries may prevent us ever knowing
