Loved De Gea's reaciton of standing up three or four times before realising he should milk this for all its worth. Remember when Nani should've won an oscar award for his acting from Carras challenge? The dramatic fall with his hand over his face.

Was just time wasting tbh.

After the final whistle? That's a new one mate.

After the final whistle I went to the loo. Why would you be watching man in tight shorts that aren't playing football anymore? Something you wanna tell us?

After watching it several times, I find it a little harsh on Skrtel.

Yes, he probably did it on purpose, however, he doesn't break stride or make a huge change in direction. Unlike Gerrards one, he was running at full pace and De Gea just beat him to it.

He could of easily jumped over De Gea and was never gonna get the ball. I have just watched the whole match and key incidents in the match and that one at least 5 times in the last 10 mins. Defo not harsh on him!

loool, nani are you okay... are you okay nani. tbh nani is a **** himself, carra shod have sweet chin music nani stupid smug face off.
Prime example why you should never hit your kids in the head while they are young.

It was very similar to the Costa 'stamp' on Skrtel in which he did not get banned

I just don't get why they've bothered appealing. Three independent referees have already stated they think it's a red card offence, that's the requirement for a charge to be issued. There just isn't any possible mitigation from the video evidence, it's just a waste of everyone's time.

There was obviously "possible mitigation from the video evidence" in Costa's case.

To be honest I think Skrtel did it on purpose, and I won't be surprised if he gets a 3 match ban. But it will still annoy me, because Costa didn't. And honestly I think Costa didn't because FA already banned him for the Can incident, and they very well couldn't give him 6 matches, now could they?

As for arguments in his defence, he could make up any sort of thing. He could use the explanation Rodgers offered, that he was desperately trying to get a knick on the ball as it was the last chance of the game. He could even claim that he simply miscalculated De Gea's speed in comparison with his own.

I think we all know he's gonna get a 3 match ban, I'd be very surprised if he didn't. And not just because I'm convinced he did it on purpose. I think he did it on purpose, I can't possibly know. With Gerrard we can obviously know, regardless of his apologies. The video clearly shows he stamps on Herrera with intent, so the two situations aren't that similar. Costa stamped on Can with intent, and imo it was intentional on Skrtel as well. And that's the reason why I'd be surprised if Skrtel doesn't get banned: If he doesn't, it would prove FA is consistent. And as we all very well know, they're ******* not. Ergo, Skrtel will get banned.

And your a prime example as to why you should
Whoa. Next level burn. Don't address to me again, please. I tried to ignore you as much as I can ( and I did good job). Don't start another fight you'll lose.
