Yes I agree... I wouldn't mind Johnson staying at all but he needs to be on a wage of 40-60k rather than the 100k+ he is currently on to reflect his ability/team status

are you kidding, the sooner we have the lazy ******* out of our club the better. he has been horrendous since his come back. does the same **** all the time. runs up aimlessly either cut back into traffic or fails to beat his man and if he does he overhits the cross. countless times today he lost the ball and willian had a free run at our centrebacks the entire game because as usual glen johnson doesnt know the name of tracking back when you wander upfield. why should 40-60k of our wages go to a backup when we could have a young player from the academy as backup. sometimes i wonder what game you guys watch.

I'm not Johnson's biggest fan but I agree. He certainly hasn't been one of our worst performers. He's a very calm player and hasn't done much wrong all season. To be honest I don't know what fans expect of him.

i would happily have him at the club next season as a backup. Provided he takes a huge wage cut.

we expect him to care. i will never forget how lazy and incompetent he was for the crystal palace match last season. we lost because of two of his mistakes. the first not closing down the second goal and the last one he wanders upfield and dwight gayle gets in behind because skrtel has to push up to cover two positions. the camera pans to suarez and guess whos next to him and doesnt even bother running back. yep glen johnson...

It really isn't. It is just United or Chelsea fans, or both as they count as one group of supporters I think.

You mean JT doesn't get booed on Anfield every time he touches the ball, even though he hasn't done anything to you guys?

Also, my favourite one:
"My mum dated a guy from Liverpool. The Liverpool fans made up a song that she ‘loves Scouse ****’" - John Terry in court

We're all the same, either you like it or not.

For free, Danny Ings will be a good player, providing we get rid of the likes of Borini, Lambert, Balotelli.

Don't buy him to start him, but he would be a great squad player compared to what we have, and to not pay for him? With low wages? There's no risk. We only have one striker better than him at the moment, and he's hardly played this season.

I do hope we buy a proven goalscorer or two as well as Ings though, but he's a no brainer for me.

i would get rid of balloand borini. lambert ill keep he wont make a fuss about being on the bench and if he is used correctly he can be excellent. ings in for free plus a top striker. who that is well thats any1s guess

No Lambert is shocking for us! Doesn't move, doesn't do anything, he literally adds nothing.

We do need a top striker though! Ings is a good option compared to what we have so pretty happy if we get him!

Yeah, but will you be able to give Ings a starting position? Doubt you can. Ings specifically stated that he wanted first team football.. Taking that into factor, he may probably move abroad than to any team in PL..

thats why i said used properly, his a second striker. not a target man. br has never used him properly.

I've also just seen us linked with Carlos Tevez,

Sadly, won't happen but he's the perfect replacement for Suarez, even if it was a year late.

Inigo Martinez heavily linked too!

Martinez would be good signing with potential. But has been poor this season compared to last. Don't seem to be developing how people/ media in Spain thought he would. Tevez will sign new contract at Juve and would most probs cost to much in wages.
