No manager in the world will say 'oh yeah I agree that should have been a red card and we should have lost the game' but judging by some of you here, that's exactly what you expect from Jose
I think it's pretty clear what's going on ... Jose managed to spin some absolutely wayward story about Suarez diving which dominated the headlines instead of Eto's foul and what not which got all your knickers in a twist. In this case, I feel the blame lies more with the media and the reputation Suarez has created for himself instead of Jose who just did what any manager in the world would do, deflect attention away!
That's not what I said though is it? Most managers would accept that it was a bad tackle and accept that they were lucky and got away with what could have very easily been a game changing red card.
He spun nothing, he did what he always does and goes on the attack when things are against him. Suarez is an easy target for the media and anything he does say is likely to be plastered all over the papers. Anyone with half a brain can see past it, you just get the mindless drones who buy into it every time though.
