Lallana will be great signing for you guys! Will defo improve under Rodgers who I rate highly as a manager.

Suarez's agent has apparently agreed personal terms with Barca, so expect to see bids coming in.

Also Sevilla in for Aspas.

Lallana medical, Origi very close, Sanchez offer on the table according to Balague and Tony Barrett and Liverpool have also made a move for Lazar Markovic

great set of signings to be honest but it all points to one thing... Suarez is most certainly off this summer

Barrett saying what most were expecting, Liverpool want 85mil or Sanchez + 50mil.

Suarez is going nowhere. Rodgers is a good man, who he obviously likes, considering he talked him into staying last year. He'll get pigs heads and death threats and all sorts of **** in Spain if he starts biting ***** over there, everyone knows how mental Barca and Madrid's fans are. At least here, he'll get a slap on the wrists and a ban for a while. A guy like him under pressure like that? I wouldn't be surprised if he takes an actual chunk out of someone, let alone a wee nibble.

All this talk about him leaving anyway, it's just rumour. You know how papers work. He'll stay, have a team built around him, they'll murder some teams this season and he'll be a hero again this time next year.

Personally i think it can go either way.. If i had to say, i think he is gone. They type of money we are splashing around/offering for players doesn't make sense if Suarez was in the plans

I can also see Barcelona offering Sanchez and/or Pedro as part of the deal plus a large amount of money - £50m + Alexis or £80m is apparently the asking price

Get rid of Suarez while you can... honestly.... imagine if he done something again.... there won't be any leniency and in my mind, it's more than likely going to effect Liverpool hugely. You can't rely on a player like this to build your team around anymore, you need to cash in.

Very easy to say as a United fan... Ask most Liverpool fan's and we would prefer he stayed. Despite his antics he is still the best striker in the world and even missing 9 games will still be in contention for top scorer come the end of the year if he stays

I was actually saying that with nothing against Liverpool... if you'd rather build your team round this player who is great but on very thin ice with any misconduct he does on the pitch, with the risk of getting nothing in the future for him, then fine. But to my mind if you want to be realistic, you have to sell him now.

I'm a Liverpool fan and I'm split. On one hand, he is wrecking the image of the club and we could get money and Sanchez or Pedro if it is Barca. On the other hand, he IS the best natural ST in the world... :-/

I think either way i'm fairly happy.. with the replacements rumoured we would have a very good side and his sale would help invest further

And if we keep him we have the best striker in the world and someone who is guaranteed to perform... Fairly positive as a Liverpool fan surprisingly

When Torres was rumoured to be leaving i was absolutely heartbroken haha

The thing is, this time he's not even allowed to train. So he won't be around the team for a couple of months, therefore once he is back on the training ground it is bound to take him that little bit longer to get used to playing with the new players in the team. That seems pretty disruptive. I know if it was my team that's happening to I'd rather let another one deal with it.

When he plays he performs no doubt, but you're starting a very important season without him and then when he comes back, hoping everytime he does play he isn't too hungry.

He missed 6 games last season, he is missing 9 games this season, don't get me wrong I'd rather have him available all the time but if he stays Liverpool will benefit when he returns like they have done this season

Gerrard - Henderon
Coutinho
Sterling - Sturridge - Lallana

Not to mention anymore signings we make is not a bad side to have until Luis returns (again, if he stays)

Yeh, I'd still sell him though, this is your last opportunity to get the real big money for him. Lord only knows if he does anything again on the pitch what the punishment would be and he's 27 now.. so getting on.

Yeah, i understand your point fully... I think Liverpool are in a fairly strong position either way in that regard. Sell for big money or keep a very good player

Yeh, it's not a bad position, just a difficult/awkward one to decide quiet what to do I imagine, for Brendan and the owners.

It just gets better... The playing ban i agree with, Suarez deserves punishment but he now cannot be included in any team photos or advertising campaigns for the new kit

Advertising campaigns, team photo's, stadium ban, training and/or coaching ban. I still think FIFA have been too harsh on this side of things

Not think maybe they've had a fresh injection of funds from qualifying for Europe and finishing top 4, as well as transfer funds on top of that? Funny though. My dad said Barcelona have went on a selling spree to cover their arses with this tax case, so maybe they're trying to sell and round up cash to pay that off. But it does sound like Spurs last year again, I will admit.
