After winning everything on his own for the past 15 seasons I think we'll let this one pass.
Well he plays for Liverpool, so he'll probably get a 6 match ban that doesn't start until half way through next season.
Joe Allen gave me cancer today. Can't see how people praise him. His defensive positioning had me pulling my hair out all game. Giving away the ball all the time and then silly free kicks. Sums the useless welsh **** up.
I know he was awful but thw whole team was awful today. Dont just scapegoat allen his been brilliant for the past couple of matches. Would still replace him kn the summer with someone like radja nainggolan .
Don't give give me this scapegoat bullshit I paid £70 for todays ticket if I want to have a go at someone for not pulling their weight then I'm going to do it. Allen is ******* dreadful I don't really take passing stats into account when you're constantly giving it to the centre-backs and receiving it back. Thought Sturridge did well with what he did, Hendo never stopped running again as always. It's a shame Mignolet didn't produce the world-class saves when we needed them during the two goals.
Stevie was fantastic for 31 seconds.

Surprised by Allen not playing well? He rarely does. Great player against lower teams but this is the sort of match we need Lucas.. Oh, and Gerrard.. But let's forget about that.
Yeah good idea, ban every player who accidentally stands on an opponent. In fact, why don't we just ban everyone?

Yes, he had a bad game, but the majority of players out there did unfortunately
He's quite clearly out of his depth.
Loved De Gea's reaciton of standing up three or four times before realising he should milk this for all its worth. Remember when Nani should've won an oscar award for his acting from Carras challenge? The dramatic fall with his hand over his face.

His previous 4/5 games quite clearly proved he is a good player to have in the squad

I thought he was out there yesterday because Lucas didn't recover from his injury in time? Hmmm
Not making him a scapegoat, he wasn't the worst player on the pitch imo, just pointing out maybe the hype is a tad premature.

I think he did mean it personally
but the reaction of De Gea was very annoying - also the inconsistency of the FA (shock) again is annoying which what ref's see and dont see
Who knows if Lucas was fully fit, but Allen has been good enough to keep Gerrard out of the eleven
