I disagree tbh about the last 2 Moutinho is still class and better than Lucas and Milner and Allen. And Carvalho was quality in the Champs just gone this Summer.
 
i think brendan rodgers is the only person stupid enough to spend 32 million on benteke
 
On the bright side, if the transfer bombs that he's getting fired no matter what, so I'll won't have to add cactus permanently to my diet.

Higuain ***** the bed every time he plays in high profile game, and guess which league has the most of those.

In just 12 months he managed to **** up: World Cup final, Copa America final, Europa League semis and ****** up key penalty that would take Napoli to Champions League.
 
According to reports, Liverpool have matched Benteke's £32.5m buy out clause.

What do you make of this news?

I have a sneaky feeling that if you do buy him He will score for fun at Liverpool.
 
Can't see it but I sure as heck hope you're right.

Rodgers wanted him last season so he obviously rates him highly. And he needs to make this work as it's his job on the line so he knows the stakes.

I don't personally like it at all (not least the massively over inflated fee IMHO); but I hope you're right and he tears it up if it goes through.

Looks like Fiorentina's a no go given the reaction of their fans. He's suffered enough bigoted, racist abuse in Italy. Sure he doesn't want any more in Florence.

Honestly don't know He's been given an extended break after the death of his foster father, but I don't see any realistic way he's still here when the season starts. The manager doesn't want him so it's just an unworkable situation.
 
Looks like the third different formation (4-4-2 diamond) for the third different half this tour for the first half at least:

Right to left: Mingolet/ Clyne, Skrtel, Sakho, Gomez/ Lucas; Handerson, Milner; Lallana/ Ings, Origi.
 
Overpriced but I do quite like the options of Benteke, Sturridge, Origi and Ings

Add Clyne, Milner and Firmino as starting 11 signings and I'm very happy
