Bought tickets to the next couple of home games. Buying the first Klopp scarf I see on the day. Absolutely chuffed.

Also LOVING the Opus 'Live is Life' song for him bouncing round twitter. REALLY hope that takes off. That would be awesome to sing and dance to on the Kop.

..... Link me!

Opus. Early/ mid '80's Austrian group apparently still going that nobody remembers but they had this one mad dead catchy song that hit the top 10. (Remember it blaring the school disco before the '86 Cup Final ha ha.). Lead singer look's like Suness or a gay Magnum ha ha. Perm, mullet and muzzle. SO '80's. XD .....

Anyway, some lad (https://twitter.com/tizzthered) remembered it and spun it to :

And it's been all over twitter the last 24 hours. Got on it off 'hat, scarf or a badge's' page. And it works! Be boss to be singing and bouncing to that the Kop ..... 'Jur-gen Klopp, La la, la la la .....' Much rather something like that took off than the Black Lace ***** someone sent me Sunday.

Talking of 'hat, scarf or a badge', they have some German three stripe t's to pre-order which I think are sound:

Pre-Order Klopp 3 Stripe T-Shirt - hat scarf or a badge

Nice one la. And I honestly don't know one red that's not. The transformation in the fanbase in a little over a week has been astounding. EVERYONE'S completely buzzing.

Can't ******* wait for Sat'day. And the first home the Europa next Thursday will be 2005 esq.

Just watched 80 minutes of the England U-21 game Ibe and The Man, The Myth, The Living LEG-END Joe freaking Gomez!

Ibe still devoid of confidence had a very quite hour or so until one great run beating 4 men and teeing up Loftus-Cheek who squandered it. Need to pick your game up and get back to what you do best Jordan now Klopp's here.

And a worrying injury for #12 who's had another very solid outing in the unfamiliar right back role again under Southgate. Just limped off supported with a knee injury, Hopefully just jarred it and not twisted it.

The atmosphere will be good. 2005 eqs? I wish!

Will try to ask again from people who know Live more than me.
Now that Klopp is in who to you think will be sold? Also are there contracts running out this season who will not be staying? And alos with all that spending to they have financial power to buy in januar without breaking the FFP rule?

Way too early to even begin speculating on incomings and outgoings before we've seen the players play under him.

The only certain players to be replaced I'd have as of now is Mingolet and Balotelli. Mingolet being a back-up quality goalkeeper currently having to be a #1 and one of the single worst 'keepers in the entire league. And Mario being the complete opposite of the hard working forward/ player Klopp's system demands. Above and beyond that it's far too early to say. For instance players like the woeful Allen and disappointing Lallana may well end up perfect fits in the interim for their workrate in the pressing/ closing down phase. You'd think some of the centre backs like Lovren and Skrtel wouldn't be good fits but it remains to be seen how much different they may or may not be under Klopp.

Similarly incomings. He can't do anything until January, so it's pointless to start speculating on this player or that player. The priority now is looking at what he has and who will fit and adapt quickly to what he wants.

The financial backing is there. Even more so considering they gave Rodgers next to nothing in the summer with what they recouped. How they stand as regards FFP currently I don't know.

Hopefully Klopp raids Germany for a keeper, quite a few very good goalies in the Bundesliga

Zieler may be worth a punt but the more obvious one would be Leno. Either is surely an upgrade on Mignolet...

Joe my friend, YOU'D be an improvement on that clown No word of a lie.

Also someone who rarely gets mentioned but who has always impresses me when I've caught him is Horn at Cologne.

Germany and Italy do have a very promising generation of young goalies right now.

Haha Horn was actually another one I wanted to put down but couldn't remember his name!

THAT'S what we were waiting for. The red cap! Suits you Sir!

SO great to NOT have to worry about them. To able to relax, sit back, and look forward to going the game again with anticipated excitement. Safe in the knowledge 'they got this!'

Is it Sat'day dinner yet?

Joe Gomez out for the season. Gutted for the lad.

Awww man that sucks. It was such an innocuous challenge too.

God speed Joe. Full recovery and raring to go for next years title charge! (Or defence ..... :P.).

Not big on the man, the myth, the living LEG-END Joe freaking Gomez! Tezzz man? Looks the perfect ball playing centre half that Klopp loves to me.

And dito for the weekend. How ******* awesome is it to be genuinely looking forward to the match again instead of dreading the latest embarrassment? May this feeling NEVER end. Even me Ma, who's not a big footie fan, text me earlier getting in on the Kloppism's wishing me a Klopptastic trip Sat'day ha ha. He's got EVERYONE buzzing! #thepowerofthenormalone

Some insight from Tim Hoogland. Is there any statistic how much distance is runned by team in a game?

Jurgen Klopp: New Liverpool boss will make Reds 'run, run and run' say former players - Liverpool Echo

Sky put something up saying on average Dortmund ran 5 miles more a game than ourselves. (8 KM or so.).

But as Owomoyela said the other day, all the running is with the ball in training under him outside of the gruelling start to pre-season. So it's enjoyable training and not as hard as is imagined when you're at that level of fitness. Not overly concerned as we've never had a problem with players lagging late in games which is always the telling sign of the fitter teams to me; and they showed two years ago the second half the season when Rodgers high pressing game was flowing just how fit they were with the fast starts and fast finishes.

We'll adapt to him and get upto the required standard conner rather than later. The players have a proven winner they believe in. If results come quick, they'll happily run anywhere for him.

Gomez out for the season ffs

Sent from my Harrier from EE using Tapatalk

Time to recall Wisdom from Norwich. And the kid at Villa.

Complete waste of time them being there sat on the bench. IF the agreements there. bring him back and let the new staff fully evaluate them.
