I obviously know absolutely nothing about UK job market. But in here, the absolute best thing to do if you ****** yourself with ****** degree, is to make Pharmacy Technician quals.

It only takes two years to do, decent money, plenty of jobs, good job security for the future because people love their pills. And last but not least, if you're single, 90% of people taking the course are 19-year old chicks.

Tbf if I moved I would be fine, I put out a paper that garnered a lot of interest for an undergraduate due to the professor I was dealing with and have had offers of work down south to work with addiction but its the wife and kids man holdong me back ;) . But seriously its just unworkable right now.

I'm happy with where I am heading in Disability nursing its a very specialised field and there is some unique opportunities that will work well with my interest in drug addiction.

God I'm not graduating.

Ah, females. The main reason I'm here. Studying Business and Public Relations. Think it is a well-rounded degree.

Maybe... hahaha

Best advice I can give you pal is the degree matters but not as much as people claim, you can do a BSc and go work as a graduate in a bank. All that matters is the end game afterwards when finished, I never had a clear idea and it burned me, so just make sure you know what you are gunna do when finished.

This man and this City were made for each other. He ******* gets it!

"This is my first time as manager of Liverpool for a game at Anfield and it is something that will be very important for me and my staff.

You [the fans] have a vital role to play in what we are looking to achieve. You are a very special group of supporters and the atmosphere you create is unique.

I ask that you believe in this team and believe that together we can achieve great things. We must all stay together and look to enjoy the experience of following such a great club. Football should be about joy and fun and that must be reflected throughout the entire organisation.

The team will go out and battle for you and look to represent you, the club and the city in how we approach our work: this is my commitment"

He is the new Shankly.

What?!

I remember BR coming out with the same statements when he first joined. I also remember all the mass fawning and the images of Brendan with Shankly photoshopped. I also remember people saying he could be the new Shankly.

Good words, but absolutely nothing that is much different to what many other managers have said before.

I'm doing my masters in Religious Studies, focusing on conspiracy theories. I have absolutely no idea whatsoever what I'm gonna do with it, but I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.

Agreed, and yes, it was the exact same with Rodgers.

Rodgers wasn't the new Shankly, and Klopp isn't the new Shankly. Klopp is the new Klopp. We seriously have to stop comparing everything to "the good ol' days". That's one of the reasons we're in the situation we are, constantly looking back into the past instead of into the future.

I'm not saying its essential, just that it makes things a **** of a lot easier, if I could do it all again I would do economics but way it goes.

If I could do it all again, I'd pay attention in math, physics, biology etc and get a degree in the hard sciences.

Keep down playing it at your leisure.

Rodgers never spoke in that vein. And what he did say never seemed believable and from the heart like it does with Klopp.

That's Shankky-esq witchever way you cut it.

He he works for us and that's all that matters so continue on unabated Sir.

I'm not playing it down. I love how any time someone picks this up, its playing it down, or not understanding Liverpool. It's utterly patronising nonsense.

he did speak like that, even Liverpool fans like Mersk have pointed out this out. Even now you continue to ret-con him.

If he is Shankly, then any manager who has spoken from the heart is Shanklyeqsue, which is hogwash.

Klopp is Klopp, not the new anyone else. He's not made for Liverpool any more than he was made for Dortmund. He is who he is.

I'll remember this post then next time you pop into another thread telling people to be more realistic, because this is way out there stuff

Scouse mate as excited as you are, it might be best to calm down a little

I'm not even saying you should not be excited. But that isn't the same calling him the next Shankly and all this other stuff, nor rewriting Rodgers past.

Indeed but this Klopp fandom is getting even worse than my love story with Mourinho ... So yes a tad over excited you are

In fairness to you, you at least had 2 years of him utterly dominating at Chelsea firstly, then going elsewhere, and then coming back and doing the same last season

What I find amusing is that before Klopp arrived he actually prefered Ancelotti.

You're just jealous that we have Shankly mk3 and you have David Moyes mk2.
