I wouldn't be so sure just yet.. Look at the last game
Indeed, though that last game could have been a case of too many players in the red zone, you will know after a few selections how serious he is.

How so?

He made one change from Tottenham and was as full strength as we had available. With the added bonus of Benteke and Firmino back on the bench who both came on.

EDIT: Ignore all of that... I was getting the League Cup and the Europa League games mixed up for some reason!

Last Europa game - It was one of the weakest line-ups for some time... We'll obviously see tomorrow whether that was down to injuries or that is the procedure in the competition from now on

Now that is patently not true and you know it.

It was two different from Saturday at Chelsea. (Was that a weak side for yer?) Allen and Origi for Lucas and Firmino who was just back for the first time in a month.

****, Bordeaux we left 5 or 6 first team regulars at home.

*Edit* Thanks for clearing up the misunderstanding Marshall. I was like WTF? Lol.

Yeah. Not one of my finer moments. haha

Related, I wouldn't expect Southampton to be near as weakened a side being it's the quarters, away, and how the rest of the competition has shaped up. (I only realistically see Southampton and City as the main challengers.).

There's liable to be a few but nothing like Bournemouth.

The ticket system is a massive joke at the moment. For the Bordeux game, I can't even get a guest ticket in addition to mine so I can take my dad although I've been the other Europa games. So I've got to wait until the general sale on the 9th so that I can make sure we get seats together when they'll probably only have **** seats next to the away end or in the back corners of the main stand.

Way to treat your loyal scousers Anfield lad.

It could be worse mate, it could be United's system, which is an utter disgrace.

What in the World is a 'guest ticket?'

One thing that is frustrating tomorrow night is that Joao Teixiera cannot play because he was not registered by Rodgers.

In retrospect that was a poor move.

As we discussed before Bordeaux that was a stupid and very strange move period if all your intentions were to put out the kids and squad depth regardless.

Least he can be registered the knock-outs if Klopp so wishes.

It isn't an official term. I'm allowed one ticket with my membership card because I'm priority with what I've been to. But, with thousands of seats still on sale, I can't get two because my dad hasn't got a membership.

So you have one, but you have to wait until the general to get another and if you want two together they'll switch it to another part the ground if there's nottin' left the area your seat is in? Bummer but no real surprise given how out ticket office works. I guess the best thing for yers to do, which I appreciate isn't easy in your current situation, is get yer auld' fella' a fancard and fill it any chance you get whether he goes or not to stock the credits up.

In other fan news, I know talking to a good friend who has the spurious title of 'Away fans Rep' they are at least strongly considering single child tickets again next year which has been another scandalous situation for long enough. She and the other fan rep had another sit down with the Americans and Ayre last week FWIW. Always get the impression from what she relays that it's just the club paying lip service in the main but they have got small changes done the last few years and at least there's dialogue now which is an improvement on the previous clowns.

Probably going to be another boycott this year at some point after the massive success, at such short notice, of how we hit Hull last year at some point too. I know the SOS are working to try get other clubs on side and the FSA are certainly on board with the 'twenty's plenty' campaign.

Can't get beat tonight. First and foremost that's the imperative thing. A draw wouldn't be bad at all in relation to the group. But if we can get the win and Sion beat Bordeaux we're all but qualified so hopefully it's more or less put to bed tonight.

He's the first manager since Paisley in '74 to go unbeaten his first five BTW. Bob went his first 8 before defeat.

So let's go do these and keep the winning run going!

Regarding my dad it wouldn't be worth it to get him a fan card. He usually only goes 1 or 2 a season. I'd understand the system if it was a popular match that sold out straight away like a United game of a Champions League knock out match. But it still hasn't sold out and I was still waiting for the general sale just so I could get one with my dad.

Any how he can't go on the 26th anyway so I've just got myself a ticket. Had one reserved a few seats behind the tunnel but it went missing when I went to purchase it. Assuming some **** robbed it. I'm row 3 of the Lower Centenary now near the middle so should have a good view of the game and the kop for YNWA.

Regarding away tickets... I've only been a few. What is the issue that they're currently having? Are kids not allowed to go or something. With the aways I've been to it is probably a good idea tbh. They'd get seriously hurt.

You won't hear that from any of the media outlets though. All I've heard was the negatives, something along the lines off "theres only one other manager who hasn't won in his first four games" or something ridiculous.

Single kids tickets for home games. For a good while now you've only been able to get adult and child combined tickets in the Anny Road or the back the Kop which is a ******* ridiculous place to put them. Or else it was an adult price ticket which is just scandalous. Can't imagine being a kid wanting to go the game now. Not like when I was growing up and you could just tip up and pay in the turny's for a reduced price. But they're finally realising they're losing future generations of support and are now looking into lower prices and single kids tickets when the new stands sorted so we'll see.

Nottin' ever moves fast with L'pool but at least they're becoming more open to certain things.

I know man. There's definitely an agenda to try pull him down. ****, we've seen it on here. I guess we're as much to blame for building him up so high but **** it. LONG time since we've had a serious contender for best manager in the league. Which with Mourinho on the slide, he most certainly is. Only Wenger for longevity and what he's done at Arsenal you'd put above him. Maybe going back to Kenny's first go-around? Rafa still had Ferguson and Mourinho.

Looks like I might have a rare free evening to watch the game. Bonus for me that its a 6KO.

I shall return tomorrow to reveal my long awaited expert analysis and opinions to you all.
