Just goes to show how much we lack a finisher. I thought we played well, created some good chances, but same old story.

The result will sway a lot of people. I've seen stuff already like 'the worst performance of the season'.

Utter, utter rubbish - We were very good in a lot of areas, just poor when it came to the final third. Not good enough but certainly the better team and definitely not near our worst performance

So I guess you could say the Normal One has pretty normal results.

Can't finish and can't defend set pieces.

Had high hopes of snatching all 6 points from these two games, but ended up with 1. Now 8 points off top 4, which is just too much.

Klopp needs time, and hopefully he'll get it. There are so many areas that need strengthening if we're gonna challenge for top 4. Forget title challenge at the moment, we're nowhere near the quality needed.

If Klopp can get the three key areas improved, the future will look a lot brighter: Defensive set pieces, finishing, and ******* consistency.

The difference today is summed up by De gea vs Mignolet.

I disagree mate.

In overall liverpool was better than united.

It was Lucas' fault when Rooney scored (but except that, Lucas was MoM today for me) and mignolet could not do anything.

Can,Lallana,Henderson were mediocre.
The 4 back were good.
Milner was a bit better and Firmino tried his best concerning that he is not a striker.

klopp unfortunately disappointed me. Why the **** do you leave Benteke out for so long??
And if you want to score, why do you make your substitutes so late in the game???

How was it Lucas' fault? It was the team's fault. We can't defend set pieces as a team. And Mignolet could do something, i.e not falling on the ******* ground but instead preparing for a rebound.

Because he can't move, he doesn't have legs. The substitutions were late because we were the better team and United didn't offer anything going forward until that predictable set piece.

He saved them in the first half and we have a goalie who's reactions are worse then my nans. Rooney is waiting for the ball to drop nicely to volley. Whilst mingo is still on the floor looking for his contacts.

ONE shot on goal.

Because he has the work rate of Balotelli, probably being slightly harsh but he doesn't work hard enough for Klopp's system. Pressing from the front is non existent with him there.

In general we are awful at defending corners, that's a fact. But if you see the replay, Lucas had Rooney and all of a sudden decides to join the other 2 (wtf) to take a header from Fellaini (again wtf)!!! Please see the replay.

I agree with the change of Lallana. But you should have Benteke in the game from the beginning of the second half or at the 60th minute at the most

I can't reiterate the difference between having a keeper and not having one. We can't be a top team if we've got an average (he's not even that level imo) keeper.

De Gea. What a ******* player. You'll never hear me praise a United player again. The way he saved Can's shot, then bounced straight back up to save the rebound from Firminho. Meanwhile Mignolet watches a ball hit the bar, then ducks underneath the rebounding shot.

Fortunately this cancer isn't terminal and can be solved with with a new goalkeeper in the summer. If we get one this window I'll do a lap of Anfield *** naked.

Tbf, bar last season's 2-1 win, we've always been ***** at anfield.

Saving this for future reference.

Hopefully danny ward gets a run in till the end of the season to prove he has what it takes to be number one.

Are the rumors true about the 5 year extension????

The only thing I think Klopp got wrong today was taking ages to get Ibe on. Also playing him on the left was bizarre as we were having no so much down the right I thought he could have made a difference there

He doesn't at the moment. His distribution is worse than Mig's and he's also prone to mistakes just like Mig.
