What we have to look forward to the quarter final:

Which is all a MAJOR step up from Thursday and Utd's cringeworthy attempt at doing flags. All of which made Chelsea's freebie plazzy flags look like a decent effort:

My mates just cleared the whole murderers thing up.

Apparently they were singing it because we murdered them in the first leg.

(A shocking attempt at lightening the mood but it is what it is)

I expect a massive Klopp face in their crowd, like the one I've seen them do for the Champions League.

Gonna' be absolutely epic mate. For the second straight round, the Europa League has a tie ******* all over any Champions League tie in terms of interest and viewing figures. And unlike the last round, it'll just be one big fan love in with our friends from Dortmund topped off by our mutual adoration of that funny German fella with the bins. Who'll doubtless be hugging all 22 players and anyone else that he comes across the end lol. YNWA is gonna' be spectacular. All four stands will be singing.

First time I'll of been to Dortmund to see us play BVB. Missed the Champions League clash under Houllier through being skint. But I did get to stand that massive terrace the UEFA Cup final against Alaves the previous May through virtue of, uhmmm, 'procuring' a UEFA photographers bib and walking the stadium half time. They just kept opening doors and it seemed impolite to refuse haha. Ended up spending the first 15 minutes or so the second half stood up there getting bevvied with some Spaniards. Be fantastic to see it full of Dortmund fans.

Latest stop for Jürgen's red army on the march to Basel!

Can't wait.

Yeah, this tie is better than Barca Vs Atletico Madrid, PSG Vs City.

Blow not having Firmino today being as he's been the most productive player the league 2016, but I like our chances of doubling up St. Mary's wins. Not even worried that Saints have scored the most PL goals the air given the form Sakho and Lovren in particular are in. What was a massive weakness is becoming less and less so by the passing game back there. We're looking a lot stronger all ways round the more we play and train under Klopp and I really do think we're in for a great last (hopefully) 15 games this season leading all the way to Basle and a 4th UEFA Cup. Will we get top 4 through the league? Depends a lot on City continuing to slide. (Be horrible wanting Utd to win later but L'pool comes above any feeling toward them.). But we'll certainly give it everything we have.

Mighty Reds!

I can't want United to win unless there's an absolute guarantee it will help us directly. Wouldn't be too disappointed if they drew with City though, then they both drop points

Absolutely made up for Flanno he get's the armband today. Always something extra special to have a Scouser in the side. That pride goes up another notch when they're leading the team.

And two up top! For the first time since ..... Southampton the League Cup and that 6-1 annihilation.

Could it just be .....

Great for him, but is he the best choice? Is he a leader? I'd consider Sakho and Can to be better suited to it, and even Lallana captained at Southampton. But I'm trusting Klopp to have a better idea of it than me.

League Cup Semi I was in the Kemmy. Lot nearer the pitch then I usually ever are. Anyways, that was his first start in like forever after the injury and he was the one organising the back four and screaming at Toure and Sakho to move out. (As well as bollocking Moreno for drifting over to his side for some unexplainable reason.).

Aside from all it means to him, Flanagan's certainly not shy of being a vocal leader. He's ready.

Sakho yes, Can not yet.

Fortunate to not concede a peno there. Looked a defo one. Had to be Lovren too who they just love down Southampton haha.

Oh Philly baby!

Let the pearlers keep on coming. Another outstanding goal.

Keep it going Red Men.

Fantastic just fantastic.

What are we playing today, an 4-4-2 diamond or an 4-2-2-2?

Oh Danny baby!

Another beauty. Great breakaway goal. Well done Divock. Great finish Danny lad.

Here we go again. We want six!
