Just thinking on, on Joel Matip .....
We're more than likely going to lose him January and maybe into February next year with Cameroon already qualified for the African Cup of Nations. (Sa, Jan.14- Su, Feb. 5.).
Possibly looking at upto 10 games maximum as we currently stand at a rough guess. 6 games in the league, City, Swansea and Chelsea- H/ Sunderland, United and Hull- A; with potentially 2 more the league cup if we're in the semi, and a further 2 the FA Cup 3rd and 4th rounds. Sucks he'll miss those three bolded biggies.
Makes me think even more they'll be another centre half added before the windows through with Sakho's future still so up in the air.
This will be an issue every other year as the CAN is on a two yearly cycle through 2023.
