Not going to pretend that ive watched Ekitike play but its absolutely hilarious the way we've boxed Newcastle. Ngl I would prefer Isak as he is a bonafide star in the making if he isn't already. However, we are desperate for a striker and Im sure Slot can do no wrongg lmao
 
Honestly don’t know who we’ll end up with here mate out of the two. But the Newcastle meltdown has been staggering to watch.

They’ve made Arsenal look a sane fanbase.

Looks like Ekitike who after watching him and highlights looks like an Isak light but less injury prone and younger obvs. He's finishing looks erratic but hes all round play looks an upgrade on Nunez. We'll see how he does but he looks a very good prospe

They want both this window. Sure of that.

The more it rolls, I’m starting to honestly believe Rodrygo/ Gordon are smokescreens and we are set on Etitike and Isak. Both, along with Wirtz, fill multiple positions and box everything for the next 5 years and more.

The next few weeks are going to be wild.

Yeah exciting player but overpriced imo considering how much they paid for him a year ago and he’s a 1 in 3/4 str. But Liverpool usually do a good job on scouting players etc. So interesting to see if he can kick on.
 
Guess that’s the end of the Freddy Church dream then.

Mad how certain top class footballers (Morientes springs instantly to mind), just don’t fit at certain clubs.

And like ‘Nando, he’ll doubtless go back home and start tearing it up again.
 
If he is gone, that says to me even more Isak will be a Red by the end of the window.

Or Rodrygo does give position flex to play right across the line so maybe there’s something in that? 🤷‍♂️

Defo need another. We have what? Mo, Cody, Ekitike, Wirtz and Rio, who is nowhere near ready to be exposed to the levels consistently we are running at.

With Jota’s sad passing, and Darwin and Diaz gone, if Chiesa is too, we need at least one more you feel.
