Everyone should get a fair crack at it again next season..last season doesn't even count in my eyes for obvious reasons off the pitch. Let Andoni whip them into shape and see where it takes us. However, out of all our midfielders he is the most sellable asset so if a suitable offer comes in I guess we'll see.

Way before my time and unlucky for him Kenny was his replacement but he was a big part of not only Liverpool history but English football in general. Rest in peace.

Devoed by the Keegan news. My first childhood hero. Had a pair of his boots and everything. Hit me hard that.

We normally play padel on a Monday evening after work. That quickly went by the wayside as the sad news broke. About to go out to raise a glass or four to Shankly’s Best.

Who he is now reunited with the great man on the grandest park of all in the sky.

RIP KK. We wouldn’t be who we are, without you.

Might well have to break with my Saudi principles and go Newcastle opening day now.
