Mate willian's the best bet. he is generally available for about 12 million $ in the first season. he is not an natural amr but i am pretty sure you can train him there.

could be worth looking at Paloschi too, he usually ends up being sold for 2-3mil to some lower league team in half my games.

I play Rodrigo on my Real Madrid save. He's very quick. Takes that spot very well, bit pricey but not too much. Can't remember how much I paid for him but definitely was worth it. Could just be my tactics, but again, very pacey.
