Paul Winsper is a quality Fitness Coach and is free at start of first season

Sign Zidane as Coach, he gives 4.5 star Shooting. Especially if you're at Real Madrid, just offer him a new contract as Coach. He's now in the coaching team officially anyway in real life. Expect to see him in FM 2012 as part of the coaching team. But that's still a year away.

Ernie Tippett would be a good scout for you mrjack41 if you can afford him, I got the Eastleigh job halfway through the first season and would have signed him if I could have.

He wanted about £20 more than I could pay and wouldn't budge (£300 p/wk? maybe £200.. I forget).

I've ended up with a regen instead called Alex Curtis... who isn't bad but probably not on your save )
