I do the same, except I loan the players out until they reach their full potential, and then sell them. Just brought in ?100m for Hoffenheim this season through player sales.
 
I`m trying to do as you sai W4NKER, but for the most of the time I don`t get many clubs making offers for my players, usually only 1, and for much less than the double of his value. What should I do, offer him for the same price as his value? Thanks!
