Not sure why Madrid are playing with midfield of Kroos and Modric. Even on FM it won't work. Should play midfield 3 but if they do they have to drop one of James, Ronaldo and Bale.
 
Morgan Schneiderlin, what a player. He was excellent defensively but now he has become offensive threat too. Would have loved to see him at United. Fantastic player.
 
Apparently the Falcao permanent deal is done already the only clause is if his knee injury prevents him playing set amount of games, they don't have to purchase him. Journos on Sunday Supplement said this morning even the Euro journalist confirmed this on the programme.
 
I don't think Carrick should even come into the Kroos debate, the future isn't going to be bult round a 33yo Carrick.

If we had of brought in Kroos we would and should of got someone right to partner him.

Kroos is a great player, no doubt, but he hasn't looked that good to me at Madrid so far, mainly because the players around him have to be right and they aren't.

Kroos and Khedira is their best option atm.

Oh and about time, hope Pereira gets a look in, may still be a bit raw but he has huge potential, played well against MK Dons.

Kroos and Alonso would have been great or Kroos,Alonso,Di Maria in a 3. What was Madrid thinking! I would rather have Herrera but that's just me. Would be nice to be 2-3 gls up at HT today and maybe see Wilson and Pereira get some minutes, and shut some of the **** face journos up about our identity!

Do you even bother reading/watching what they say? I don't even care or know what they are saying... but if they are questioning that of us then they are ****** pathetic!

I'm happy with Herrera, even though I do think he may of not been the best choice, he's certainly a good one and better than what we had.

However judgement is far too early to see whether it is right or wrong, he's only played 1 competitive game and he needs time to show us what he can do.

I think he's a good player, but not sure if he is going to be a great player... time shall tell.

I think with Herrera,Blind,Di Maria we have a very versatile and very balanced CM that will cover all aspects. Just cant wait now :)

Must-win game today, with other teams slipping up we desperately need to get these 3 points and put ourselves back in the game.

Just feels like the season starting today. Players coming back from injury in important positions, more a team LVG wanted player wise. A win today and a good one will catapult our confidence and completely change our season. Especially after the start we have had and yesterdays results. OT will be absolutely rocking today :) Im going for 4-0.
 
Wonder how Varela loan deal is going at Castilla I heard they lost all 4 of there opening league games in Spanish Div3 and are faves for the drop again.
 
De Gea, Evans, Rojo, Blackett, Rafael, Herrera, Blind, Mata, Rooney, RVP - Shaw and Falcao on the bench

Five at the back still or a tactical change?
