I have always preferred Hummels just said that Otamendi has been better for various reason injuries,form struggling team I would sign both if were me. Same goes for sterling and Depay.

Both won't happen. We have Jones, Evans, Rojo, Smalling. Two or more would have to be sold for that to happen. One proper CB is all we'll need. Also, considering we'll have di Maria (hopefully fit and back to form), Januzaj, Mata, Nani, Young - one more wide player is all we need. (Well, I dunno what the situation with Nani and Young will be at the end of the season, but still..)
 
Gonna be a busy summer if you're signing Verratti, Hummels, Depay, Sterling, Otamendi, Pogba and... probably several others.

I don't understand why people even bother with these rumours.

I'm not sure Evans will be here and that LVG rates Jones could be wrong and talk of McNair and Blackett going out on loan. I just have a feeling we will be short at the back next season especially with no back up LB. All it needs is an injured Smalling,Jones,shaw,Carrick and we will be fecked :-(

Some rumours are stupid, some are more realistic. Besides, unrealistic stuff happens =P After the season he'd had, and we'd had, anyone telling us that we'd sign di Maria this season would've been laughed off his head..

But anyhow, Hummels seems reasonable, as does Depay. No way in **** will Verratti and Sterling happen, as stated before. Otamendi could happen, although not worth the price quoted, and Pogba is not beyond the realm of impossibility >_>

I can agree with that. There's a reason silly season is called what it's called, it's silly.

But if I were a United fan I'd probably be excited about the transfer window too, considering how you've clearly shown you're willing to splash the cash if it's a top player (ref Di Maria). I honestly can't remember the last time I was truly excited about a Liverpool transfer. I was a little excited about Markovic, because I knew he was a big talent. And sure, he's still very young and all, but I'm obviously a little disappointed anyway. I guess the last time I was really, really excited was when we bought Torres, and that's quite a few years ago... I would probably have been just as excited if I had any idea just how good Suarez would be, but tbh I didn't.
 
Decent 1st half have dominated tbh. Should of had a peno and been man up. Went up a couple gears just before HT early goal second half could be a rout. Swap Di Maria for Young and we need a new RB ASAP!

Yeh, something tells me will be Dani Alves but I hope it's not as it would be good to have a younger option.
