SAF was spotted scouting Hazard recently, what do you all think?

Will SAF splash out close to 40m to bring in Hazard even though he has some fantastic talent in the positions where Hazard plays?

He was present at Lyon Vs Lille game. Not sure whom he was scouting. He even watched Ozil when they played Fulham. I'm not 100% sure he was scouting Hazard tbh.

I dont think it will be as much as that. Im leaning towards 25-30 million if we were to buy him. Its difficult to say we would, I mean the french league is good and all but he is young and hasnt played at EPL/La Liga standard yet, so forking out that much might be a mistake.
 
With the amount of wingers we already have it's difficult to believe.....can dream though lol!

Ermm, Hazard is good, but not as good as Nani or Valencia. Maybe just as good as Ash. But if we should buy a new winger, he should be left footed, so I would think Gaitan is far better option. But I highly doubt Valencia, Nani or Gaitan would be happy with bench role. We need to focus on good midfielder, we really don't need wingers or attackers.
 
Can't Hazard play through the middle?

I don't buy into this "he hasn't played at the EPL/La Liga level yet'' **** either. Evra hasn't exactly turned out bad, and I doubt Chelsea regret signing Malouda, Essien and Drogba from Ligue 1 :S

Yes, he can play in Rooney role. But in CM role, he's just too attack minded.
 
Ever thought he'd play Giggsy's roles? I mean, the legend ain't gonna be around forever.
 
Who ? Rooney or Hazard ? Rooney is perfect 10, i would keep him there. For that money ( 25-30m) you can buy Modric or Martinez, who would suit United better.
