The only player that doesn't is Smalling tbh, and even he is suspect.
conceding goals isn't really the issue, scoring is. Look at our goals for and against.
and yet, thats exactly what you are trying to do
scoring less than 60 goals in a season is the issue.
Scoring is a totally different issue though, we're not talking about that. Plus we know the reason for that... LVG.

NEVER in the premier league era apparently have Utd NOT won at least half their league games in a season.

Look at the number of draws, and then our scoring record.
Talking about defenders is moot.
Thats the different subject. Amount of creative players in the club is abysmal.
If it wasn't for De Gea, we would concede much more. Our midfield is weak, offers little to no protection. And then ******* Rooney tries Hollywood pass and sends the ball into stands.
Sorry if I ******* lost my patience with some of the players, they are simply not good enough. Blind is prone to mistakes. Always has been and I don't see improvements. Useful squad player, but nothing more.
There's lots to look at for sure.
But blaming it on Blind as zzeezzy is doing is nuts. Everything is easier if you are scoring goals. including jammy wins because you're actually average. We won titles on that.

I wasn't blaming it all on Blind, I was pointing out as evident in this game it is an issue and the fact we haven't addressed the CB area for a long while is an issue.
Another season without the Champions League, unforgivable, if LVG is still here next season I'm fuming, no fan should accept it.
This clown kept a player he spunked out on in Depay on the bench all game.
Last time we scored 80 goals was 4 years ago. That is the key issue, first and foremost.
LVG needs to go after the final, win or lose. anything else is unacceptable.
Blind isn't the reason why this is **** season. But he's the part of it. Not the biggest, but still big.
#1 - Creativity in the attack.
#2 - Midfielder who can offer protection and control the tempo.
#3 - Getting a RB and CD
and then maybe #4 - a new striker
Number 1 is coaching.
Most of our problems are not solved by signing, but by better coaching. People have forgotten about old fashioned good coaching.

It's really easy to put it all on Blind (altough might be fair tonight), but he never played CB before this season and this is his first season in the BPL. He still had to adjust physically to the game and he has played too many games without a winterbreak, which he isn't used to. I think this season just takes too long for Blind.
Don't forget everyone was quite surprised how well he has done since was put in CB and everyone would say he would be outplayed by Lukaku etc. and still he showed people he could handle the situation. And now today he has an off-day and people can finally shout out their confirmation biases that Blind isn't good enough at CB.

How embarrassing that defensive display was though, even an amateur side would be disappointed with that shambles.

If we want to go into details, #1 problem is personnel. Both coaching staff and players. And maybe someone from above.
Blind never worries me when he faces physical players. Thats not the problem. This is not his off-day. No one had the right to have off day today.
