Few reports coming out tonight that we have made a second bid of 28m + add ons for Mkytarian and a deal could be close.

Why is Draxler highly unrealistic? And with transfers it's not just as easy as throwing money at a club. The player might want to play in a certain country or want a guarentee on first team football etc.

Big fan of Mkhitaryan. You could play him anywhere in midfield and he will do a good job.

United should plump up a good amount for him to make sure they get him

I'm not so sure about miki. He's had one good season. It could be just a purple patch. Paying anything above 20 million pounds is just absurd

Absurd? Surely joking. He was most probs best in that league last season, and tbh was not bad the season before. He is easily worth more even if you take into account his last year of contract

Bit quieter last year (edit, I mean 14/15 lol) but he was still good, many Dortmund players took ages to get going to be fair. He was really good in the 13/14 season as well (was that when Liverpool were looking in to buying him?)

Tbh Kagawa was a good player, still is. But was wasted at Utd on the wings most times.

He had a perfectly good goal disallowed too that would more than likely of dumped Belgium out. High feet that was far more a case of a low head. Very harsh indeed.

He played CAM first two seasons and Rw last season

Bild and Kicker and the Mirror reporting that Dortmund are now negotiating for the sale of Mkytarian after we bid 36m euros. Watzke thought it's a fair price, and things are going well now between the 2 clubs. And now Dortmund are making moves for a replacement. Good news to hear if we can get this and Zlatan wrapped up fairly soon we will be looking good already going into the new season. Maybe 1-2 more and we will have a squad/team built for a title challenge and a challenge on all fronts.

It's about central midfield now really and how he wants to balance that. Probably sell fellaini and bring in a CM. if he's keeping Jones then I don't think we will buy another CB. I don't see many more transfers. If we seal this deal, maybe a killer CM?

yep agree. Complete Zlatan and Mkytarian then look for a CM. God knows who he's looking at. I would keep Jones tbh and Rojo and have cover where we tend to get most injuries. One thing about Faria his record for keeping players fit is astonishing! Thoughts on Cm?

Or swap Rooney to 10 put Schweinstiger next to Schniederlin and take out Memphis and put Mkytarian on the RW.
