On a side note. You can understand why Mou was keen to keep Carrick. Controlled the game second half everything went through him. Wow then throw Pogba into the mix :O can see so much more confidence, fluidity and attacking with pace.

Mourinho hates possession for the sake of possession like Van Gaal loves, Mourinho won't accept passing the ball sideways/backwards for 90 mins. When we have the ball we will be direct and attack with pace, you can be sure of that. Which suits this team much more than LVG's way ever could of.
 
But then again, not sure pogba excels in a double pivot midfield.

United can afford it and as many united fans say better on players than lining Glazers pocket.

Besides right now 30m is the new 15m, also one of these players is already world class and can go even further the other is good but not world class. Besides wasn't United going after Matuidi if Pogba fell through?

To correct you, the other can become world class. I'm just joking. United can afford it. I doubt United would have gone for Matuidi. He's very different to Pogba and nowhere near as good.

I am not saying otherwise just what the papertalk was and yeah maybe Xhaka could become world class doubtful imo but then you would sell him to Citeh ;)

We will see. A bargain for a DLP which is among the most expensive positions on the pitch.
 
Can't see any of the current squad going after Mou said this. Also said TFM and Smalling missed because of minor knocks or they would have been given mins.

Yeah and he said the same thing about the likes of Mata in his first season at Chelsea before freezing him out. You should know better than taking Jose at his word by now.
