DDG saved our ***** plenty of times over the last 2 seasons!

Don't bullshit the bullshitter, mate. We weren't discussing last two seasons, we were discussing last season. Now that it turned out you were talking absolute bollocks about last season, suddenly the season before that one came up.

This year we have been a lot more attacking and better to watch. And still feel very comfortable at the back.

Good for you, but that **** all to do with whether teams were coming to OT attacking last year.

Yeah we kept clean sheets last season due to DDG and playing boring sideways footy.

Correct, and you were talking nonsense previously. Don't thank me, I can do this all day.

And despite this still losing most of our home records we've had for 10s of years.

Please list those 10s of home records that you've lost last year.

Don't get me started on them this season :))))

Joking aside, you don't want to or else you'd be nowhere near the top 4. There's something in the region of a 18/20 point swing between L'pool/ Utd down to offside goals given Utd's way/ the West Ham lad who walked for no reason to kill that very even game at the time/ decisions leading to goals being wrongly given against L'pool in 2017 et all that someone went through last week I was reading.

It is what it is and given your horrendous run-in, along with not really playing anyone of any note this current 16 game run aside from Tottenham and L'pool (if we actually counted given how ***** we were January) that has not had you move from your entrenched 6th position as the United We Stand lads pointed out to the top 4 being out of reach despite the misleading current table and Utd being better going all out for the Cups and seeing if others end up faltering the league to help out; you're the only side the current top 6 I'm not personally concerned about as a threat to knock us out the top 4. Just a different Utd fan opinion to many on here and no more or less valid. But when you look at the cold hard figures and who they've come against/ who's left to play it doesn't look too clever the end of the season.

Officials mistakes are what they are but when you're talking SUCH high stakes, when all those decisions can ultimately end up being REAL costly, it becomes relative. And I'm sure you can point to decisions that went against Utd this year. But the fact remains that' a lot of points on the board currently you've benefited from poor decisions in your favour.

Which article scouse?

Sorry off topic, but love reading **** like that... :)

Trust me being at games last season at OT teams were defiantly more attacking than this. And if not for DDG we would have conceded a shed load more. Yes that's his job to save shots but he was seriously over worked last season. And no way should your GK be winning player of the season! Especially not 3 years in a row. All outlets home records we had over the years have been wiped out in the space of a season.

Teams just sat back and watched us pass the ball sideways for 90 minutes and played on the break. We were less reliant on DE gea last season than the season before.

Great minds. I was just trying to find what I'd read. Thinking it must be mainstream because I was looking back the past week over different L'pool sites and didn't come across it there. Leave it with me and my sieve memory. The night is young.

Or go long hand and look back through the recent games over the past few months. Which ever comes first lol.

Ultimately matters little as what's done is done. But when there's so much at stake, it becomes VERY costly. We'd be 6/7 points better off and breathing down Chelsea's neck. Instead, as we currently stand, we're looking at a battle for 4th with Utd breathing down ours when they're fortuitous to be.

I thought it might have been on "The Hyperthetical Table" but looks like they didnt do that again this year :(

Here are some damaging stats that reflect horrendously on the Dutchman:Back-to-back Southampton home defeats"You used to be good but now you're s**t," Southampton fans crowed at Old Trafford on Saturday. For the second successive January, The Saints won at United - something that last happened in 1969.Swanseas double beat United at home and away for the first time in a single season in 2014-15.Eight games without a win from that stale draw at home to PSV Eindhoven to the Boxing Day surrender to Stoke, United did not win win one of their eight games in the Premier League and Champions League. 6 which have been at home.First Boxing Day defeat in 13 yearsLast month's defeat to Stoke marked United's first Boxing Day defeat since Middlesbrough beat them 3-1 at the Riverside Stadium in 2002. The Stoke loss also marked the first Boxing Day fixture United had not scored in at home since 1989.United's blunt performance to Stoke was their first Premier League game without scoring against the Potters, promoted to the top flight in 2008.First home defeat to Norwich in 26 years another 1989 parallel, which re-emphasises just how bad it has become for United under Van Gaal.

Neither myself nor tyton are defending LVG but LVG had a good home record. Didnt mean it was invincible, but good. It was his away record where he sucked majorly.

I was not trying to slag off LVG either. I actually think some of his coaching has helped us and improved us tactically in some ways. Just that I think we are stronger at Home despite what some of the stats say. And that it's good that DDG is not as busy as past seasons.

I can't believe I've just read a post by Scouse on the previous page trying to convince himself that we'd be 20 points adrift of Liverpool if it weren't for officials. And we're not a threat to the top 4. ^^)

Deary me, I wish we could get over the whole LVG reign and just accept he laid solid foundation for Mourinho.

You'd be behind Everton with what happened December and January alone.

But it is what it is and I'm frustrated enough trying to find something without just going through the last few months.

Mate you're talking nonsense, yes we've had decisons go our way but at the start of the season I remember so much going against us! I'm not going to be one who says it evens itself out, but seriously, we could of won games on performances alone at the start of season we didn't.

It's all pointless and hypothetical, but at the end of the day, if it makes you happy, then you continue to think that!
