Yes he would(add quality depth and offer alot).I am pretty sure the club has an agreement with him that he'll sign next summer and if not for Atleti's ban, he'd have joined this year itself.No they don't, but only 11 players get to play on the pitch and unless we suddenly decide to play 3 at the back or a double pivot, we have only 3 spots in which to fit Martial, Rashford, Mkhitaryan, Mata, Lukaku, Lingard, Griezmann and, if he comes, Perisic.And that worries meDont think Perisic would clutter the squad at all. We lack quality depth in the wide areas and would offer a lot to our squad. A lot can happen in a year. No guarentee Griezmann will come and they don't play anything alike.
Oh I'm sure he would of been here if not for the ban, and still feel there's a good chance he will. But things can change and Simeone said he could sign an extension now. Which might change things. Still should defo sign Perisic we need options now. Griezmann's a loyal lad, he wouldn't do that to us, sure he'll sign an extension, but the release clause will remain 100m euros and we'll buy him next year(or, who knows?This winter?)Oh I'm sure he would of been here if not for the ban, and still feel there's a good chance he will. That'd mean either 3 at the back or a double pivot and Pogba playing alpngside maticPerisic - Griezmann - Mkhitaryan behind Lukaku makes me wet
@Scouse
We'll make top 4 easily, maybe even win if we can get pogba and herrera dominating midfields

Lets not try and take anything for granted in this league. Top 4 is far from easy for any team now. Sure it's good being confident, but how can we really make statements like that? We were 6th last year.
We'll just have to wait and see Mourinho do his magic now, won't we?If Arsenal let Sanchez go, they're pretty much out of it by Feb, which leaves us to fight with Pool, Spurs, City and Chelsea, I expeCt the trophy to go to either chelsea, us or City with whichever squad out of pool and Spurs runs out of gas first missing out on top 4.Lets not try and take anything for granted in this league. That also means Herrera becoming basically Pogba's back up.Also, Rashford and Martial both wouldn't play much that wayYeah, I love seeing Pogba in a double pivot. Think that's where he's best, with a lot of players ahead of him to spray those passes to!

yeeess, 5-3-2. We've looked real good this pre-season with that form, great to see Matic starting as well!
Pogba - Herrera have shown they can play together in a pivot, also it's a tough season with a lot of games, think Matic and Herrera could use that competition and/or restWe'll just have to wait and see Mourinho do his magic now, won't we?If Arsenal let Sanchez go, they're pretty much out of it by Feb, which leaves us to fight with Pool, Spurs, City and Chelsea, I expeCt the trophy to go to either chelsea, us or City with whichever squad out of pool and Spurs runs out of gas first missing out on top 4.

That's fair, but we'll have to offload both Mata and Lingard to reduce clutter.If that happens, it could work(next year, not this year)Pogba - Herrera have shown they can play together in a pivot, also it's a tough season with a lot of games, think Matic and Herrera could use that competition and/or rest

Is transfermarkt reliable for injuries?If yes, Lukaku is rarely injured and will be undisputed starter if fit, sothat might be a problem, otherwise, fair if Mou can be Zidane-like in terms of rotationView attachment 1123497
Pretty sure they can all have their role in the team and be useful, PL has become a lot tougher and you need that competition for positions if we're to fight for all titles?
Yes no need for Mata or Lingard to go!View attachment 1123497

The ones on there are set to be given new contracts. Fellaini recently signed a new one the rest very soon.Noticed on transfer market that several United players are soon out of contract. Herrera probably will sing new contract but others?
