Good game from a neutral point and not taking anything away from RVP's performance but that match was riddled with worries for me and they need sorting. Namely evra
 
To be honest, Southampton were always going to score judging on past couple of performances. Gave Man City the fright of their lives so this result didn't surprise me a jot tbh

We need to change something in these 2 weeks, to many emotions with smaller teams.
 
Rafael was/is poor at the back.If I see Evra start one more time I'm gonna go mad.Lots of things for fergie to work on.We were very lucky indeed.As much as I love Rafael he has to get better defensively.And what was about that 18 yard box, lips all around.
 
That was so poor performance, can't believe we came out with 3 points.

All the goals we have conceded this season are from set pieces and crosses still we did nothing about it. Evra was unlucky though, so was Clyne.

Midfield was so poor, Carrick was like Carrick of 2009-10 season, very slow decision making and end up making wrong ones. Can't understand why we play so many direct balls (aerial ones) when we don't play with target man. There was no bite in the midfield at all. Starting Welbeck as LW was poor decision as he played centrally and end up getting in other players way and lacked width from left side.

Introduction of Nani and Scholes changed the game as it gave width and also player who can pass. Defense is a big issue, changing chopping every game won't help either.

Don't know why SAF said he dropped De Gea. Media will have a field day, tbh he saved our ***** in the first 2 games. Hopefully he will be back for next game with Nani playing regularly.
 
And one more thing Scholes is a legend. We just can't replace his vision,attitude etc. He changed the whole game.He is only one for which I wish I was born earlier.What a player.God please make another Scholes!!

I would literally beg SAF for a Tiote, i do not know how long it will take for him to realise we need someone like him, a proper ball-winner to give some bite in the midfield, gives the rest of the midfield some more freedom as well.

I thought Kagawa looked really off the pace today, but he is still adapting to a new league and we all have off days.
