De Gea is an Athletico boy, he wouldn't join Real. That rumour is a load of BS anyway.
Bullshit. It's Real Madrid.

And he is Atletico through and through. More likely to end up at Barca if anything. Though he wont be leaving. It all stems from Jose admiring him, and he's out the door in all likelyhood anyway.
If he was Atletico through and through, he wouldn't of left. Fernando Torres was already Ateltico through and through, but if Madrid came in there is no doubt he'd be more than happy to go.
There is a difference between leaving, and going to a most hated rival. Torres already said he would not join Madrid in an interview 2 years ago. Having said that, players change minds.
But its moot since Jose is on his way out.
Torres also said he's committed to Liverpool and will see his 4 year contract out, before handing in a transfer request a week later.
I read something about Ferguson warning De Gea that if he doesn't start improving he'll be on his way out not long ago as well.

There's a significant difference between handing in transfer request when board lies to you about squad improvements and going to biggest rival of your childhood club.
It's hard to measure that, right? And when you have František Plánička as your rival, you always lose.
Torres didn't reveal how they 'lied' to him. But if it was for squad improvements then he's full of ****. The board had spent 40 million that season. Either way if he wasn't happy with the board why would he say that he is as committed to Liverpool as we was when he signed his contract last season, before going onto hand in the transfer request a week later.
If Sol Campbell can move from Spurs to Arsenal I'm sure De Gea wouldn't turn down a move to Real Madrid. THE Real Madrid.
That's true, and the likes of Yashin are up there too in terms of pure reflex speed, but personally I think Iker has the edge, just on opinion. Not to mention it's Casillas' longevity and success during Spanish football's greatest ever period gives him the edge as an overall 'keeper.
Funny you should mention Plánička actually, I was watching a compilation video of him on Youtube yesterday. What a keeper.
People often miss the fact that Sol Campbell was and remains a massive *******, quality as a footballer notwithstanding.
There's so many great goalkeepers, it's really hard to say who's better than who. But one thing for sure, Casillas is one of the best. That's true, and the likes of Yashin are up there too in terms of pure reflex speed, but personally I think Iker has the edge, just on opinion. Carlos Tevez?Hahaha that is true. Maybe that wasn't the best of examples, but there are many others out there I could name.
Carlos Tevez?
Tevez was never a boyhood supporter of United.

He stops the play too much, which allows opposition players to get in to their defensive positions. For some reason it seems he has instructions to not take on a man and wait for Rafael to overlap, which is ****** annoying cos he has the beating of most full-backs. I think Fergie just needs to sort this out, it is not a big issue.
On his day Valencia is ****** brilliant and he was phenominal especially second part of last season.

Michael Owen then. Paul Ince is probably best example.Tevez was never a boyhood supporter of United.
