Long dark roads ahead for Amorim.
I wouldn't wish that job on my worst enemy.
We've been saying the same thing for years... That group needs to be gutted. They need so many players and backup players.

Maguire, Linderlof, Evans, Shaw, Malacia, Eriksen, Casemiro, Zirkzee, Rashford, Bruno, Mount, Antony. Wont suit Amorim ball whatsoever for one reason or another

🚨
Exclusive: Manchester United have won the race to sign top U15 grassroots midfielder Emmanuel Ziro from Cre8tive Football Academy beating off interest from Arsenal and Chelsea

Good performance and a good relaxing watch for a change. Now starts the Amorim era. 3 wins and 1 draw under Ruud. Will see if he stays. Amorim should be coming into a team with some good form and confidence hopefully

Absolute shocking 0-0 draw against bottom of the league Villa. Should have lost in all honesty. Absolutely dominated at home. Skinnar needs to stop playing Clinton and Toone in CM. No control and not good enough positioning wise or defensive wise. Literally like watching Eriksen and Bruno play in a 2

Casemiro on Ruben Amorim: "The best thing is that everyone speaks very highly of him. He marked an era at Sporting, at a time when FC Porto were winning. Sporting are always among the three favourites, but they're usually a little behind Benfica and FC Porto, who are usually stronger." [

Bruno Fernandes on Rúben Amorim: "We're all excited, it's a moment of transition. He's a coach who has changed Sporting along with the structure, he's put the club in the position it deserves and we hope he does the same here. We want to follow the same path here as he did at Sporting." [

Lost 2-1 and went out. Can’t fault the lads that played. We did well considering we were obliterated with loads away on international duty. Malacia looked sharp for the 45 mins he played. Amorim and his coaching staff watched also.

Do you have a good feeling for the future TOD? As a Manchester United fan. Do you feel that things will be different now?
We had Moyes, Van Gaal, Jose, ten Hag!! All with different pedigrees and undoubted talent. We have signed players that should have set the stage for success. Alexis Sanchez, Jadon Sancho, Angel Di Maria, Memphis Depay, Donny van de Beek etc...

Why has Old Trafford become a graveyard for both managers and players?
Should we expect something different under Amorim?
Or will we carve another headstone?

I honestly don’t know mate. They all failed for multitude of reasons. The only thing I have hope for now is that’s it’s pretty much a clean slate football structure wise. And they have the guy they wanted as manager to take the new Utd project forward. So fingers crossed. Everything I have watched, read about the new guy. It’s super impressive and it’s got my hopes back again 🤞🏼
