Bobby Charlton hates how Jose acts. Quite open about how much he doesn't approve. Even SAF would be hard pressed to overrule him.
 
SAF first suggested Ancelotti and Moyes was his second option apparently (though you never know).

Yeah, but if Ferige knew he was retiring sure he could have had a quiet word to hang on for a few months. Not like he's obligated to choose Bayern over us though, sure he's less stressed at Bayern than he would be here!

Btw about Young playing well: Apparently his 56 minutes provided one shot, on two minutes when he fired straight at Petr Cech when given a clear sight of goal, no chances created, four crosses and a yellow card borne out of frustration . However, it is Young's incessantly poor delivery that most frustrates. After just a few minutes he was caught offside from his own corner (isn't that something that players think about?), and time and again his crosses were simply headed away by a grateful defender at the front post.
Young is an international footballer (and if his 30 England caps don't make you cry then nothing will) and has commanded fees above ?25million, so I refuse to believe that I am being too harsh. Surely as a winger we should expect some exuberance, some verve, some excitement?
Young's selection from Moyes at the earliest possible opportunity following his shoulder injury is the perfect epitome of our current dirge - uninspiring, predictable and dramatically short of the required quality.

Chelski were not great. But they were very organised and seemed to have a plan and know how to execute it. We on the other hand were our usual selves under Moyes. Holding the ball passing it around pointlessly but no intensity no real rhythm nothing.

Just educating people as i go, "Chelski" does not make any sense. "Ski" is Polish and Abramovich is Russian not Polish. Cheers

Would he though? United seems to be a rebuilding process, particularly the midfield where the likes of Barca and Bayern are so dominant.

I for one dont see the obsession with Guardiola, he has managed two of the greatest teams possibly ever..
 
Not even the disappointed by the result. Would say that it was totally expected and even Man Utd under the best conditions would have struggled against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

Yeah, 'Chelski' sounds more like Chelsea than 'Chelsov', although the latter makes more sense.
