The Manchester United Thread

officials never cease to amaze. Newcastle get a pen-when Ferdinand does an excellent tackle? Gotta be kiddin me ffs. 1-1

So is that a new rule? Defenders not allowed to tackle inside the box anymore? Jesus wept

Away team given penalty at OT is more of a shock tbh :O

;)

It's that sort of decision that could influence the outcome of the title battle unless Man Utd score again. Absolute joke. Never mind goal line technology. How about some officials who aren't complete simpletons.

No offence AJT but if Man Utd dont score again and it finishes 1-1 would you really care?

I dont :)

Good clean tackle from Vidic in the box. No penalty this time.

I do to be honest, but not about the result. It just really bugs the **** out of me when officials can't make the right call for something as simple as a tackle inside the box. It just really bugs the **** out of me. If that happened on the last day of the season to a team involved in a relegation battle, and they had to win...that would've cost the club Premiership status and god knows what would've happened.

Well, defending can't be faulted by Newcastle. Backs to the wall-even had to put up the kitchen sink being lobbed at them too. Was the offside rule on that goal correct?
