Stunning, stunning goal. Must of been close to 40 yards. Unstoppable.

1-1 btw, Macheda scored the penalty (which was a blatant shirt tug).

Fantastic goal, Not blaming him for the goal but can anyone else see a shread of ability in Ben Amos?.

And that's why he's one of the greatest managers of all time and you're not.

This post doesn't make sense :S

And Fergie is the best manager of all time, but only a die-hard brown nose would say he's 100% correct all the time.

Palace have been tuggin' away all night, so I was surprised that Foy finally decided to use his whistle and penalise them for it...we certainly needed a penalty to get back in the game, we've been awful.

his point is that SAF sees much farther ahead than you or any other fan. He's picked that side for a reason.

To fail? To attract buyers for some of that deadwood? Tell me, what is the reason, because we're losing at home to a Championship team that I'm pretty sure have been struggling lately; and your post suggests this is part of Fergie's plan.

All you ever do is ****** complain about Ferguson on this site. He's not correct all the time, but he's correct a **** sight more than you, me, or just about anybody else.

Get in Glenn Murray. <3

to give fringe players plenty of game time. see how they cope, to get the twins fitness (shame they got injured). to see the young players playing a relatively important game, and see if they can cope with it. Pretty obvious tbh

this, whinge whinge whinge. **** me, that side is good enough to beat palace but right now it isnt happening. But that side tells you its not a priority. Any one with half a brain would have noticed that from the off

No I don't oO)....but when all I've heard over the past 24 hours is talk of Ravel & Pogba starting + Fryers and the Keane twins getting game time; I think I have the right to complain when I see that let down of a starting line-up. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's disappointed with tonight's events...

Ravel and Pogba are on the pitch. are you even watching the game? Probably thinks the Keane twins arent ready. Smalling and the twins needed game time for the first team, same with berbatov. Macheda needed a decent run out. fryers is playing. He has gone for a mix of fringe and youth, So no you really havent got much to complain about with that line up, when he sees much of the players than any of us

For every one of you that complains about how young and weak the team is, there would be a hundred that would argue that the youth prospects need first team games. You're in the minority

nail hit on head. this is exactly the kind of big game they need to delevop.

good game, what a goal from ambrose. Pogba looked very tidy. ravel should have scored. Smalling again imperious. Evans... learn to jump. Fryers looked good. Valencia needs to stop checking onto his left, because he cant use it for toffee

Good job to Palace. Took the game to United. Good for them.
United youths and players without much game time got a chance to play and that's what this competition means nowadays for the big clubs. Not bothered about the result.

Also, Amazing goal.

tbh if i was a utd i would'nt be that bothered by this

they have bigger things to try and get.

like the europa league ;)
