He's been so unlucky in terms of loan moves! Hope United fans don't lose patience on him! Needs a move where he'll get regular action like welbeck and cleverley got last season!

Tbh in his case both were bad luck. He was sent on loan and the manage who took him was sacked then the new manager signed whole new team with dozen strikers. And yeah he should have been sent to championship before PL loan move. Wasted 2 years of valuable time.

Don't you just hope that after everything Macheda has gone through, he will just turn on the style next season and push for a starting place above Welbeck and Hernandez.

Yeah the change in management defo had an effect, but after last season I would've expected United to play it safe and send him to a championship club.

Yeah. He should play league games to improve and he is getting none of it. In one of Cleverley's interview he said how important it was for him to move to league 1 club as he was playing proper league games and know what 3 points really mean, as in reserves they dont give much importance. Should have done the same with Macheda. And we should have sent him at the beginning of the season than in Jan.

Hopefully next season he joins Championship club for at least half a season then we can see whether he is ready to move to PL club.

Should have sent him to a championship club in 09/10 like we did with Cleverley and Welbeck then he could have gone on loan to a lower prem club last season.
