Reserves won 2-1. Rhys Brown scored a tap in and pogba scored a decent header. Pogba played the full 90. Larnell Cole who perhaps could have featured got injured early on :(

De Gea, Jones, Ferdinand, Evans, Fabio, Nani, Carrick, Cleverley, Young, Rooney, Hernandez.
 
United been very poor even with basics like passing,movement nani and young looked well under cooked think cleverly has been steady and jones is jones never seen him put foot wrong. Hope we see valencia in second half! Very dissapointed at min.

Meh, Young is decent player and I don't have high expectation that he will do something great. However, Nani's bad, very bad for a 3-4 games now. This setup depends on winger, and with Fabio and Jones as fullback, I can't see us winning this game. Cleverley needs to get higher and Rooneys short passing is poor. Chicha is making space for himself, we just need one good ball.

No, SAF said we will see how he plays against us, meaning we will monitor him. Media just compared this with Ronaldo's transfer.
 
Graham Taylor must be the punishment for not making the CL.

I hope Valencia is ok,he is key! Nani was better in second half,but he must improve... And again a good performance from Jonny Evans! Oh and what a great save in first half from De Gea! Great result and a decent performance!
 
Good performance from Utd. De Gea did well. But I have to say....the commentary on C5 was utter, utter cack. More atmosphere in a cemetary.
 
Good performance and good to see Jones, Cleverley, Nani and Young back in the side. Got much needed match time under their belt and considering these players lacked match fitness it was a good enough performance.

Noe hopefully Pogba starts in the 2nd leg with Petrucci coming on late in the game.
